Respected Sir,
I am writing to request additional compensation for the extra hours I have been working in the institution
after college time is over. As you are aware, I have been working hard to ensure that all assigned tasks are
completed on time and to the best of my abilities.
However, due to the increased workload and responsibilities, I have been working beyond my normal
working hours, and I believe that I should be compensated for these extra hours.
I understand that my contract specifies my regular working hours, but I have consistently exceeded these
hours due to my dedication to my work and my desire to ensure that all tasks are completed on time. I
have also taken on additional responsibilities that have added to my workload.
Therefore, I kindly request that you consider providing me with extra hours salary ( 1hrs = 100 rupee) for
the additional hours I have worked beyond my normal working hours. I would be grateful for any support
you could provide in this matter.
