Legal register is a form of document that describe the legislation
that an organisation has to be compliance with due to activities
it carries out. The legal register contains maybe differ
depending on the company operations and nature of industry,
for exampleenvironmental or health and safety legislation. For
the purpose of this assignment the legal register will be based
on the OSHA(Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994) and
FMA (Factory and Machinery Act). Legal register is an
important sources ofreferences for an organisation in order to
be compliance with legislations also provide a good
understanding of compliance and whatshould be done to ensure
