COMPROMISE AGREEMENT
This Agreement executed this ___________ at ______________, by
and between:
______________, of legal age, Filipino, single, and a resident of
_________________, (hereinafter referred to as “the
Complainant”).

_______________________, of legal age, Filipino, single, with
address at ___________________, represented herein by
___________________, (hereinafter referred to as “the
Respondent”).

WITNESSETH
WHEREAS, the Complainant filed a case against the Respondent last
_______________, at the National Labor Relations Commission
(NLRC)- Davao City with NLRC Case No. _______________ for the
following:
1. Illegal Dismissal: Actual Dismissal-Other Causes;
and
2. Money Claims:
 Salary/Wage- Non-payment;
 Salary/Wage- Underpayment;
 Salary/Wage- Unauthorized Deduction;
 Overtime Pay- Non-payment;
 Holiday Pay- Non-payment;
 Holiday Premium- Non-payment;
 Rest Day Premium- Non-payment;
 Service Incentive Leave- Non-payment;
 13th Month Pay- Non-payment
 Separation Pay- Non-payment;
 E-COLA- Non-payment;
 Service Charges- Non-payment; and
 Maternity Pay- Non-payment.

WHEREAS, the Respondent is willing to settle and offered the

Complainant to pay;

WHEREAS, the Complainant shows the same sentiments and agrees
with the offer of the Respondent; and
WHEREAS, the parties agree to settle the case amicably between
themselves without recourse to litigation SUBJECT TO THE
FULFILLMENT AND FULL SATISFACTION OF THE ENTIRE
OBLIGATION.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and the further
covenants hereinafter set forth, the parties agree as follows:

1. The Respondent offers to pay the Complainant the sum of

FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php50,000.00) waive the.

2. The Complainant agrees and accepts the offer of the

Respondent.

3. The Complainant agrees to withdraw the case she filed at

the NLRC-____________ against the Respondent.

4. This Compromise Agreement shall not affect nor prejudice

any case or cases between the parties not specifically
referred to herein.

5. The signatories to this Agreement hereby represent and

warrant that they are duly authorized to execute this
Agreement.

6. The parties or their assigns hereby waive, renounce, and

forever quitclaim all their respective claims and
counterclaims subject to the instant action as well as those
that may arise therefrom, in connection therewith, or in
relation thereto.

7. The parties have agreed that no negotiation will be

entertained upon signing this agreement.

8. The foregoing covenants are not contrary to law, morals, or

public policy and the parties bind themselves to comply
strictly with their undertakings.
