“Life is about growing, learning and becoming.”

- Steve Rizzo
Gallery Walk was held on Saturday, 16th September 2017. It is a
strategy, adopted at AGS, wherein parents are taken around their child’s
homeroom and the work displayed is explained by the children. Students
demonstrated the attributes of the IB learner profile that they are
developing. They displayed understanding of the essential elements of the
IB Primary Years Programme (IBPYP) during the Gallery Walk -
knowledge, attitudes, skills, concepts and actions they take.
Students explained the work displayed in their classes — students
work related to the ongoing units of inquiry; including books,
photographs, maps, poems, graphs, charts, artwork, newspaper
articles, learning strategies, thinking routines and reflection tools,
assessments, etc.
