On completion of your site inspections, your report needs to be uploaded to your projects on CDM Datastore. Where actions are raised during inspections,
these need to be recorded and closed out by the inspection author. This can be done by updating the text in your original inspection report which should then
be sent back to the same address so our H&S colleagues are aware the inspection is effectively closed.
