Student submits thesis in softcopy (pdf file) through email to IPS

(draft_thesis@usm.my) – Main Campus
(draft_thesis_eng@usm.my) – Engineering Campus
(draft_thesis_kk@usm.my) – Health Campus

IPS check the thesis format

No
Conforming to
thesis
guidelines?

Yes

Student submits the completed draft thesis in pdf file to IPS and School. The pdf file
must be protected with a password (student smart card number)

List of attachments required:

i) Proof of thesis examination fee payment

ii) Verification Form for Draft Thesis Submission
iii) Draft Thesis Submission Form
iv) Turnitin report
