We must say that fast food is becoming more and more popular in our life. Many people
like to eat fast food. However, it has both advantages and disadvantages.

On the one hand, fast food is good for people. It brings them some benefits. It is
convenient because they can buy it anywhere at any time. They can buy on the way or
they can stay at home and order the food. They do not have to go out to buy. Besides,
fast food is time-saving. They can save time for going to the market to buy food, cooking
the food and washing a lot of things. This is good for busy people because they do not
have time to cook the food. In addition, fast food is delicious because it is prepared by
good cooks.

On the other hand, however, fast food is not good for people. It is harmful to people’s
health. It can cause some health problems such as cancer, heart disease, being
overweight. This is because fast food has fat and sugar which can destroy people’s health.
Moreover, fast food is expensive. Furthermore, fast food makes people become lazy.
Some people eat fast food too often and some people do not want to learn how to cook.

To sum up, fast food has both benefits and drawbacks. People can eat fast food when
they are busy but not too often. They should limit fast food as they are not good for their
health.

is prepared and served quickly. It is the fact that fast food is becoming more and more
popular in our life. An increasing number of people like to eat fast food. However, it has
both benefits and drawbacks.

On the one hand, fast food is beneficial for people. It brings them some positive effects.
We cannot deny that fast food is convenient due to the fact that they can buy it anywhere
