At the end of the course, the students must know to identify the
geographic, linguistic, and ethnic dimensions of Philippine Literary
history from pre-colonial to the contemporary, explore the thoughts
on how the different literary periods affect the manner of writing of

GUIDELINES AND REQUIREMENTS:

Aside from academic deficiency, other grounds for failing grade are:

• Grave misconduct and / or cheating during examinations


• Unexcused absences of more than 20% of required number of meetings per term.

Grounds for Incomplete marks are:


• Failure to take the quarterly exams.
• Non Submission of requirements on or before the agreed date.
Three (3) consecutive absences will be considered unauthorized dropped (U.D.)
Three (3) consecutive late will be considered one (1) absent.
Appropriate and positive behaviour / prudence should be observed.
