my vital responsibility as member of the Philippine National Police, of enforcing laws; preventing and
solving crimes; and maintaining public safety and security; and actively participating in the proper
implementation of the PNP P.A.T.R.O.L. Plan 2030 for the attainment of the PNP’s vision to become a
highly capable, effective and credible police service.

I acknowledge the hard work and sacrifices of our predecessors in building a professional police
organization.

Things change when people change. And so today, I hereby commit myself to spark an Integrity
Revolution because I know that integrity matters now more than ever; to the Almighty; to Me; to my
Family; to the Philippine National Police; to our beloved country, the Philippines; and to the well-
being of my fellowmen.
With these I pledge:
1. To strictly adhere to the established PNP Ethical Doctrine and Code of Professional Conduct and
Ethical Standards promoting the concepts of Honesty, Integrity, and Professionalism in the
delivery of police service;
2. To live the Police Officer PNP Core Values of Maka-Diyos, Maka-Bayan, Maka-Tao and Maka-
Kalikasan;
3. To report any forms of graft and corruption, to appropriate authorities, exhausting all internal
mechanisms established for this purpose; and to never tolerate corrupt practices committed by
co-workers, subordinates, supervisors, managers, suppliers, or anyone dealing with the PNP;
4. To put the interest of the organization over and above personal interest at all times;
5. To actively participate in the creation of key measures, control mechanisms and activities of the
PNP PATROL PLAN 2030;
6. To act as a responsible custodian of all PNP resources placed under my care and use them
exclusively for the accomplishment of the PNP’s mission;
7. To always make a positive difference and help promote the good image of the PNP;
8. To live each day as an exemplar of a responsible, decent, moral and professional Philippine
National Police personnel.
