Sir,
Under the instructions from and on behalf of my client Sattar Siddiqui, I have to address you as follows:
1) That I, on behalf of my client writing this legal notice to address the matter of the deliberate
withholding of my client’s salary by your Company subsequent to his resignation.
2) That my client Sattar Siddiqui, served as an employee at your company from 20/08/2014 to
25/08/2023 . Regrettably, despite the completion of his employment tenure and the submission
of all required documents and clearances, his salary for the final two months of his service,
namely August and September, remains unpaid.
3) That The non Payment of his dues contravenes Wages Act’s Section 43 which clearly says “Every
employer shall pay all amounts required to be paid to every employee employed by him.
4) That I urge you, to pay the due salary for the aforementioned months, Failure to comply with
this notice within 15 days will compel me to take legal action under Industrial Disputes Act,
1947. to recover the dues.
5) That Please consider this notice as an earnest effort to resolve this matter amicably and
promptly and settle this issue and pay the outstanding salary to my client
