INTRODUCTION
This document provides Triton Valley Ltd.’s customers with information regarding Technical Support
department to propose the Annual Maintenance service. Included in this document is proposed
information on how to contact Technical Support, hours of operation, how to submit an issue,
severity definitions, expected response times, and escalation procedures.

This support proposal has been designed based on TRITON support procedures. This will be a
single point of contact for all technical/support related issues pertaining to facilities equipment
mentioned sections in below.

Services/Preventive Maintenance Which Will Be Provided:

1. Ensure cleanliness of equipment & surrounding area
2. Check input Voltage & current
3. Check output voltage & current
4. Check Battery voltage
5. Check Battery terminals
6. Check Air-conditioning systems in UPS room
7. Check & ensure operation of UPS cooling Fans
8. Check for any fault alarm / indication
9. Ensure UPS room cleaned & free from materials
10. Current in AMPS - R/Y/B
11. Check for any abnormal noise from the UPS
12. Check all the exhaust fans are working properly or Not
13. Submit a checklist report to concerned authority.

Services Will Not Include:

1. Cost of cards, Firmware and modules to upgrade and expand the system at free of cost.
2. Batteries
3. Shifting the equipment, sensor and systems at free of cost.
4. Replacing equipment if burn by over or high voltage from mains line beyond AVR at free of
cost.
5. Natural calamities and physical damage of installed systems, wire or other such things at
free of cost.
6. Others not specified in the above ‘to-do’ list

 Payment can be made either by pay-order or cheque in favor of: Triton Valley Ltd.
