INTRODUCTION

Projector or an image projector is an object that is used to project rays of light, An apparatus

with a system of lenses for projecting slides or film onto screen, wall or other surface. From the

evolution of the projection technology. The evolution of technology is rapidly improved and the

sizes diminished, From the technology world expecting to see smaller, lighter projectors with

the better resolution, and new performance as new technologies such as lasers, LEDs and

electrode less lamps emerge Projectors nowadays are quite expensive however it is important for

easy presentation in offices and particularly at schools. The researchers is aiming to have an

affordable and usable projector by using the recycled materials from home.

OBJECTIVES

The project “Improvised Projector to be Used in Resources in Teaching for School”, as the title suggests,
aims to achieve, with the aid of the projector, mastery of their subject. The goals must be met by the end
of the project.

General objectives of the project are defined as:

• This project will assist students in saving important notes without being concerned about the passage of
time.
• The will enhance learners participation in that the through the projection brought everything to reality
and through its background it attracted the attention of the students therefore leading to the understanding
of the topic well..

METHODOLOGY

RESEARCH DESIGN

The study was conducted using a applied style of research as the quantitative research approach.
Its major objective is to increase what is known about the Improvising something and turn into something
else with the goal of opening new possibilities in alternative in chalkboards.

Proposed Schematic Diagram

Materials:
 Shoe box
 Magnifying glass/ lens
 Stick glue
 Glue gun
 Scissor
 Ballpen
 Marker
 Ruler
 Tape
 Cutter
 Construction Paper

Safety Measures

Adult supervision will be provided for this project, and the researcher will require adult assistance
with the soldering. Even though the researchers are experienced in this field, they will require adult
supervision in case of any accidents that may occur while working on this project. The researchers will
wear protective equipment such as eye protection and a face mask for further safety.

Data Collection Procedures

The researchers will put this project model to the test by using the improvised projector as an
alternative tool in education. And for the researchers to gather some data that the researchers required, the
researchers will observe if the magnifying glass improves the quality of the video that will present. As
well as check if the researchers did something wrong so that the researchers can fix it right away and
avoid any accidents. And the researchers will observe if the project can be use for a long period of time.
RESULTS AND ANALYSIS OF DATA

The researcher noticed on the first try that the device is something difficulty to reflect.
During the device testing time, the magnifying glass was insufficient to give what exactly quality
that expect to the wall. But after a while, the researcher found that there’s was an issue with the
phone placement, which is need to be upside down when you put it. The device didn't work, if
you choose wrong magnifying glass it should be biconvex lens. The lens flips the image on the
wall and to fix, You need to turn the phone upside down with screen lock on. You can’t just put
the phone in. But if you do make this, make sure to put your phone upside down so the video is
up side down in- order for the projection to be right side up. There’s a difficulty that occurs when
you have not thought about the proper place of the materials and if you have not studied the
projection and reflection of the device. When the researchers try it in the wrong place and with
the wrong methods, they have a difficult time.

The major goal of the researcher is to support the use of improvised projector as an
alternative to a chalkboard. The researcher’s second goal in this research is to assist students in
saving important notes without being concerned about the passage of time. The researcher’s
major goal is accomplished because they use only the magnifying glass as their primary source
of projection throughout the testing time, and the project is beneficial for school because it will
not use electricity to work. As a result, they discover that improvising is a good skill that
everyone must have.
DISCUSSION

The researchers have some difficulties in doing their prototype model named “ The use of
an improvised projector as an alternative to a chalkboard.” The first difficulty for the researchers
in doing this model is the lack of knowledge on used of some materials, especially on making
foundation of the project . So, the researcher was able to do it with help of relative. It took one
day to finish the model and hurried to try on it. That’s all the difficulties of the researcher.
The only hindrance to the researcher in doing their prototype model is the lack of proper
testing because the researchers don't have a place to test it, so they find a good place to test it and
they find it in the researcher's relative place.
