ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANTS’ MOTION TO DISMISS COMPLAINT

THIS CAUSE came before the Court on November 15, 2021 on Defendants’, JASON

MERCIER’s and NATASHA MERCIER’s, Motion to Dismiss Complaint, and the Court having

considered the Motion, hearing argument, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is

hereby:

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion is GRANTED as to all counts and the

Complaint is dismissed without prejudice. Plaintiff FERNANDO ROSAS shall have twenty (20)

days from the date of the hearing, no later than December 6, 2021, to file an Amended

Complaint. Thereafter, Defendants shall have twenty (20) days to file a response.
