DESCRIPTION
“SEPARATOR DISC CLEANER”, is an acid-based cleaner to remove contaminants like scab, sludge,
oil and carbon over lubricating oil and fuel oil separator discs. It’s suitable for use in lubricant and fuel
separators.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE/APPLICATIONS & DOSAGE RATES

1 LTR of SEPARATOR CLEANER is diluted with 4-8 LTR of water according to the dirtiness of the part
to be cleaned and should be allowed to stand for 1-3 hours in a stainless steel or plastic bath. For best
results heat the solution up to 50-55oC, provide circulation in the bath (with a circulation pump or with a
compressed pump air in to bath). SEPARATOR CLEANER is safe to use over stainless steel discs or metal
parts made of iron. It is not advised to use SEPARATOR CLEANER over bronze, brass, galvanize and
aluminum. The product has been manufactured for cleaning stainless steel discs or metal parts made of
iron. Contact of metals which contain bronze, brass, galvanize, aluminum with the product should be
avoided. Otherwise corrosion may occur.
