ARTCLEAN CW

WATER BASED NEUTRAL LIQUID CLEANER

A thorough study of currently used washing powders & chemicals was done by us. It was found
that most of them work at high temperatures of washing – followed by drying by blowing hot air.
With the result, the consumption of electricity is very high.

Through our R&D supported by critical trials, we have developed a product ARTCLEAN CW,
which has following features:

• Does efficient cleaning at ambient temperature to 400C; if needed can be heated upto 80 0C
for certain requirements of cleaning.
• For cleaning water based cutting oils/ honing oils room temperature should be used. For
cleaning heavy machining oils/heat treatment oils, hot condition may be required.
• For components coated with grease/muck pre-cleaning process may be required with our
product LAE 194
• Gives good cleaning results at 1- 3% dilution in water.
• No residue deposits on jobs after drying & provides short-term corrosion protection.
• Does not emulsify oil, thereby allowing easy skimming of tramp oil.
• Withstands high pressures of pumping thus less foaming in the tank.
• Does not contain any hydrocarbon/hydrogenated solvents/phosphates. Non-toxic, non-
flammable & is biodegradable.
• ARTCLEAN CW has a non-hazardous biocide, prevents bacterial growth causing foul smell.
• Does not affect rubber parts in mechanical seals of the pump & rubber diaphragm in valves.
• Long solution life, reduces tank-cleaning frequency.

Properties :
• pH (2% aqueous) : 9.5-10.5
• Appearance : amber liquid with mild odour.
• Testing of concentration : pH paper, Refractometer.
