    In our project Al Waha is high quality residential building; high technology system will be used as
    listed below and also our project have one-to-one generator supply.

    - LIGHTNING PROTECTION SYSTEM


    - GENERATOR SYSTEM
    - UPS (UNINTERRUPTIBLE POWER SUPPLY) SYSTEM
    - FIRE ALARM SYSTEM
    - EMERGENCY PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM (EN-54)
    - TRIPLE PLAY (TELEPHONE-DATA-TV) SYSTEM
    - VIDEO INTERCOM SYSTEM
    - SECURITY SYSTEM

    Our project consists of 11 blocks, with a total area of 82200 square meters, of which 26200 square
    meters are car parks and social areas, 56000 square meters are flats.

    Air conditioning will be done with the VRV system flat by flat.

    No natural gas used in flat.

    Cookers will work with electric.

    Our project will be built in accordance with international standards.

    Our project 11 blocks total and each block has 2 elevators ( 22 elevators total )

    In our project we also have four substations , each substation has one transformer and their
    capacity is as shown in below

    For R2, 1500 kVA Gecol specification No: 2421136

    For R3, 1000 kVA Gecol specification No: 2421134

    For R4, 1500 kVA Gecol specification No: 2421136
