apologies for the late submission of my quiz. Unfortunately, I had to accompany
someone close to me to the hospital unexpectedly, which required my immediate
attention and time.

I understand the importance of deadlines and I deeply regret any inconvenience my

delay may have caused. Please know that this situation was unavoidable, and I did
my best to manage my responsibilities a midst this unexpected emergency. I take full
responsibility for not being able to submit the quiz on time, and I assure you that I
will make every effort to avoid such situations in the future.

I would be grateful if you could grant me an opportunity to make up for this

oversight. If there is any possibility to submit the quiz late with a penalty or if there
are alternative assignments I can complete to demonstrate my understanding of the
material, I am more than willing to comply.
