Input Guidelines for new MTO

1 Platform Name, P&ID number with revision, Line Number columns shall be not be left blank any of the line items ü
2 Insulation type to be identified in the MTO with the designated code in the Line Number, If the insulation type is not available in the Line number then it has to discussed with the coordinator. ü
3 Offshore / Onshore installed items to be identified correctly under install scope column. ü
4 Item that are installed in the fabrication yard facility shall be identified as "onshore" where as items that are installed at onshore site (in the plant) shall be identified as "Onsite" under installation column. ü
5 Offshore / Onshore Modules to be identified as "Skid" under the install scope column, If there are more than one skid under same facility then all the skids to be identified separately (Skid-1, Skid-2... ) ü
6 Items short codes shall be as per the Tables and can be selected from the drop down list ü
7 Brach connections to be identified as per Piping material specification ü
Studs Bolts shall be identified in the MTO wher ever required. Size of bolt shall be as per gasket/flange size. Size and length of bolt will be changed/added during complilation stgae but extra length requirements shall be idenfied with

remark Eg: "spec blind" or "wafer check". ü
9 Spec break Flanges to be identified in the remarks with text "Off spec - 15NX0P". Item code shall be as per the short code, See the example item no 2 ( Face Cladding requirements can be identified from the mating Piping class) ü
10 Gaskets at spec breaks to be identified in the remarks with text "Off spec - 15NX0P". Item code shall be as per the short code, See the example item no 3 ü
11 Insulating gaskets to be identified in the MTO and it will later transferred to the SP item MTO ü
12 Bend Qty to be identified in the Bulks MTO and it will later transferred to the SP item MTO ü
13 For Well Head platform Flow line quantities shall be identified separately for each well in remarks with text "FL-1, FL-2…." ü
14 API flanges should have special attention and requirement of transition piece also to be checked with the coordinator ü
15 Flanges that needs Jack screw also need to be identified as per short code in the MTO ü
16 Requirement of Blind flanges and Gaskets at Tie in location, Future connection, demolitions, to be discussed and agreed with coordinator. ü
17 Notes that impact the MTO shall be identified in the Remarks ü
18 Scope of supply on Future items shall be discussed with coordinator and those items shall be identified in the install scope. (Future-Onshore, Future-Onshore) ü
19 Spectacle Blind, spade and spacers shall be part of Piping Bulks MTO ü
20 MTO basis to be include in the File at the Bottom ü
21 P&Id shall be highlighted on completion of each line and each p&Id shall be checked agaisnt index to ensure scope coverage ü
22 Highlighted P&Ids copies shall be handed over the coordinator on completion

Note Above guidelines are intended for New MTO and not for MTO revisions and doubts arising during MTO generation shall be discussed and agreed with co-ordinator
