Hello Jeff,
My name is Toby Smith. I’m so happy that we’re going to be e-pals! Let me tell
you a few things about myself!
First of all, I’m crazy about sport. I think that keeping fit is very important, so I play a
lot of tennis and football in my free time. My favourite sport is basketball, though.
I think I’m too short to join a basketball team, but I like watching basketball games on
TV, especially when there’s a tournament on! Are you into sport?
Also, I’m crazy about my computer and mobile phone. You see, I just can’t imagine
my life without the Internet. I’m always online. I really want to save up money and
buy a new mobile, so I’ve decided to get a summer job. I’m going to work at my
father’s garage. He’s a mechanic. I know I’ll enjoy it because I love cars! Have you ever
had a summer job?
What do you like doing in your free time? My friends and I love action-packed activities,
but we find places like the amusement park boring. We enjoy going go-kart racing. There’s
a track in our neighbourhood, but we don’t go very often because it’s an expensive hobby.
I’m sending you some pictures to check out. It’s really cool!
Anyway, that’s all for now. Write back soon!
Toby
