The ambition of the urban planning project for the old harbor zone
developed by VNF (Voies Naviguables de France) in partnership with
Caisse des Dépôts and Sem Lyon Confluence was to reinvest the
docks of Lyon on the river side and its industrial patrimony, making it
an architectural and cultural and commercial program.
The cube next to the existing hall (the Salins building designed
by three architects) highlights its autonomy. It is designed on a

regular framework (29m×33m) made from concrete pillars in 5
different floors. A light facade with seemingly random openings is
completed by another facade, pierced with pixilated patterns that
accompany the movement of the river. The orange color refers to
lead paint, an industrial color often used for harbor zones. In order
to create the void, Jakob + MacFarlane worked with a series
of volumetric perturbations, linked to the subtraction of three
“conic” volumes disposed on three levels: the angle of the
facade, the roof and the level of the entry. These perturbations
generate spaces and relations between the building, its users,
the site and the light supply, inside a common office program.

The first perturbation is based on direct visual relation with the arched structure of the hall, its proximity and its buttress form. It allows
connecting the two architectural elements and creates a new space on a double height, protecting the inside of the building.
The second one, obviously an elliptic one, breaks the structural regularity of the pole-girder structure on other four floors whose facade
corner is on the river side. This perforation, a result of the encounter of two curves, establishes a diagonal relation towards the angle. It
generates a huge atrium in the depth of the volume surrounded by a series of corridors connected to the office platforms. The plan of
the facade is hence shifted towards the interior, constructing a new relation to light and view, from both the interior and exterior. This
creates an extremely dynamic relation with the building whose shape changes according to the position of the spectator.
The tertiary platforms admit light and views at different levels with balconies that are accessible to each level. Each platform enjoys a
new sort of conviviality because of the access on the balconies and its views, creating spaces for the meeting and informal exchanges.
The research for transparency and optimal light transmission on the platforms contributes to making the working spaces more elegant
and light.
The last floor has a big terrace from which one can enjoy the whole panoramic view on Lyon, la Fourvière and Lyon-Confluence.
The building is connected to future huge floating terraces connected to the banks of the river .

Office Building of BLAGNAC is one of the debut projects
realized in the UDZ (Urban Development Zone), Andromède,
Blagnac, near Toulouse in France.

第二个项目在设计过程中遇到了很大的挑战。
1996年克雷塔罗被联合国科教文组织列为历
史文化名城,成为世界遗产保护区之一。这一
事件直接影响到全市的工业及周边产业。在工
业建筑的设计上要求新建筑要有一个拱形门廊
呼应传统。罗杰津通过对拱梁和门廊进行的新
解释,巧妙地回应了这一挑战。将拱门交错安
置,使其成为圆形屋顶的一部分。绕着轴线旋
转时,圆屋顶是放大了的拱,这样既符合拱的
参考标准,又不会是一个陈词滥调的东西。在
这种理念的设想下,一系列的球体像泡沫一
样,形成连续开放,像空间的原点一样交叉相
乘,形成一个门廊,使得空间扩大。而另一方
面,方形的缎光反光镜如同盒子笼合了球体泡
沫的其他分支,满足了此空间作为实验室的特
殊要求。
方形的外立面设计为简单、不可透视的保守式

The construction of these buildings (if built in a different
latitude, a more sophisticated technology most likely would
have had been employed to automates the production
of the unique geometries of these spheres) implied the
translation of spatial forms that was to be done in a different
constructive manner, in a simple and almost colloquial
way, which allowed the local workers to fabricate the foam
like spherical space from the physical intersection of the
spherical cupolas made of rebar rings and arches.

The Media Laboratory was formed in 1980 out of the work by MIT’s Architectural
Machine Group. It included a variety of research disciplines including media,
computer science and technology, biotechnology, nanotechnology, humanity
social sciences The lab has pioneered a research environment where both
academia and industry have cultivated a culture basing on cross-discipline
research groups much in the spirit and vitality of architectural “ateliers”. The
success of the school now depends on a major expansion project that provides
additional space for expanding research as well as spaces that will support and
intensify the interaction among the Media Lab community. The new Media
Lab Building provides 15,143 square meters of additional space adjacent and
connected to the current Media Lab building, designed by I. M. Pei in 1985.

In response to the Media Lab’s spatial needs,
Maki and Associates developed a building
design concept with a multi-tiered atrium
that will be the central hub of the complex
and link to the existing building. The atrium
cascade shifts throughout the six floors and
serves as the primary space for moving up and
down in the building. Spaces for exhibition,
performance, and social gathering are arranged
in various positions within the atrium, offering
opportunities for the public to engage in the
activities and research conducted at the Media
Lab.

The building is sheathed in an aluminum and
glass facade with a second layer of louvered
screens overlaid with the glazing in the double
height lab spaces providing the necessary
environmental controls. The laboratories have
an abundance of natural light and a variety of
views to the exterior, which is in stark contrast to
the highly closed ordinary laboratory facilities.

出不同的颜色深度、透明度,仿佛穿着新衣,妙

The concrete shell of O-14 provides an efficient structural exoskeleton that frees the core from the burden of lateral forces and creates highly efficient, column-free open
spaces in the building’s interior. The exoskeleton of O-14 becomes a primarily vertical and lateral structure, allowing the column-free office slabs to span between it and the
minimal core. By moving the lateral bracing out of the perimeter, the core, which is traditionally enlarged to receive lateral loading in most curtain wall of office towers, can
be minimized for only vertical loading, utilities, and transportation. Additionally, the typical curtain-wall of the tower configuration contributes to the floor plates that must be
thickened to carry lateral loads from the core, yet in O-14 these can be minimized to only respond to span and vibration. Consequently, the future tenants can arrange the
flexible floor space according to their individual needs.
The main shell is organized as a diagrid, the efficiency of which is wed to a system of continuous variation of openings, always maintaining a minimum structural member, and
adding the material where it’s necessary and taking away where it’s possible. This efficiency and modulation enables the shell to create a wide range of atmospheric and visual
effects in the structure without changing the basic structural form and with allowing for systematic analysis and construction. As a result, the pattern design is a combination of
a capillary branching field, gradients of vertical articulation, opacity, environmental effects, a structural field, and a turbulence field.

The design of the building focuses on the upper housetop of the elevation and roof. The
irregular roof is the creative outcome of the careful and rigorous consideration from the
architects. Double wall makes room temperature in comfortable degree, avoiding high heat
from the exterior and being effective when referring to energy saving.

The special features of this building are its

architect explored and worked just as an artist
would be in creating a work of sculpture. The
futuristic concept of the building, with its play
of heaviness and lightness in the composition
of the mass, gives the initial idea of a spaceship
landing on the rocky surface of a planet. In the
context of its environment, an extended stretch
of rocky beach, the building aims to be a focal
point or landmark for the area. The unique part
of the building is the upper part, namely, the
merging of the building’s facade and its roof.
This irregular roof exemplifies the innovative
thinking of the architect in the exploration
of design, and the meticulous attention and
careful consideration that went into the design.
KCN-KBN 办公室的奇特之处在于它奇特的造

The trade center locates in the port of the town near Malaida Florida Marsa near
Malta capital. The surface area is of approximately 17,000m2.
The central subject including main entrance and center office becomes the key
to connect the rest two buildings.
The south facade's metal shutters screen in the summer can reduce light
transmittance. Meanwhile coefficient heat transfer is low, while glazed glass
windows in winter keeping a good permeability, can maximize the heating, and
effective energy saving, and greatly reduce the entire building energy load.

The access to the building is through the internal plaza which connects the building with the existing facilities of the commercial
department, the parking area and the small public park that is created. Banking area and the cafe are placed in the ground floor and lecture
hall and meeting room on the first floor. Storing room, archive room and server room are placed in the basement. The different functions of
the building are arranged into distinguishable groups around the central double height atrium. This ensures the safe function of the banking
area in relation with the activities that take place in the other areas. A free helical path is thus created, leading visitors from the atrium through
the cafe up to the public facilities on the first floor. The internal layout of the building and the horizontal and vertical circulation are projected
on the elevations, emphasizing the separate levels and the internal helical path.
Emphasis was also given in the quality of natural and artificial light because of the internal space function. In the ground floor, the large glass
openings are shaded by concrete and wooden shades which allow the natural light to enter the interior spaces without preventing the
optical contact between inside and outside. The total transparency of the ground level comes in contrast with the focused perspectives of
the first level windows, penetrating the opaque concrete walls and the translucent surfaces of the u-shaped glass facades. The facades are
built of fare facing concrete surfaces, curtain walls and u-shaped glass in a double glazing arrangement.

楼为讲座大厅和会议室,而地下室则是储藏室、档案馆和服务器机房。大楼的不同功能可分为不同的模块。这些模块围绕着一个中央大厅展
开,以确保银行安全地正常运行。中庭的游客通过螺旋形通道进入咖啡厅,然后到达二楼的公共设施区。大楼的内部布局以及设在电梯的水
平和垂直方向的动线,来突出各层以及这条螺旋通道。
因为内部空间功能的原因,我们也很重视建筑中的自然光与人造光的质量。一楼巨大玻璃窗,使阳光能够照射到楼内,不阻碍内外部的光
线交换。地板为坚固的木质地板。一楼的透明度与第一层窗户的透明度形成鲜明的对比。阳光渗入不透明的水泥墙以及半透明的U型玻璃立
面。立面由混凝土面、幕墙以及U型双层玻璃组成。

The building consists of two apparently uninterrupted pyramid-shaped volumes that connect the below ground level. The
first is a heavy, black volume that emerges from the earth; it is enclosed by three metallic facades and completely covered
with solar panels that form a patterned network. The second volume, contrasting with the first, is formed by two facades
of curtain walling with an artificial grass-covered roof that starts off as an extension of the terrain and continues to cover
the entire site. Artificial grass also covers the below-ground-level connection, allowing it to merge from the site and its
surroundings.
The five galleries are designed to be visited sequentially. In order to serve for a wide variety of possible exhibitions and
contents, the galleries have been designed with very different characteristics: from those with ceilings at a conventional
height to galleries with variable-height ceilings, reaching up to 16 meters of clear height, with or without natural light. A wide
ramp for vehicular traffic has been designed near the pedestrian entrance, allowing access to the car park and installations
rooms, as well as to the exhibition galleries if large pieces need to be placed.
The pedestrian entrance is formed from the first volume, the fold on a corner marking the building entrance and access
ramp. As the visitor descends, a metallic projection covers the arrival path and gathers the visitor. Being called “The Ravine” for
its narrow dimensions and 18 meters of clear height, the reception space marks an initial passage in the building. The sense
of squeezing is emphasized by the narrowing of the path and the ceiling heights that become lower as the visitor moves.

五个美术馆可以按顺序游览参观。为能给更多的展览和作品提供服务,五个馆的设计各具特色。它们天花板的高度有的遵循
惯例,即高低不等,有的高达16m,有的没有光线,有的有光线。人行道旁边是一条宽广的车辆通道,通向停车场和设备
房。如果有大件艺术品需要存取,也可以由这个通道直通展览厅。
人行道由第一层空间构成,拐角折叠的地方作为建筑的入口斜坡。当游客到达时,一个金属物体便会覆盖住进入通道,让游
客通过。由于小道净高18m,同时十分狭长,因而被称为“山涧”。“山涧”与建筑之间有个接待区。通过这个“山涧”
时,狭小的通道让游客感受到一种挤压的感觉。向前走去时,天花板的高度越来越低。

适应整个金融区的工程进度。在这个项目
中,参数化设计在工程进度及施工过程中的
优势被毫无疑问地体现出来。

As the whole financial district construction management center, and because each room’s function is different, it can be
divided according to the requirements of lighting discretion, rest, and to the function of the hall of office, warehouse, elevator
hall, etc. Through the period of scripts of the daylighting of the facade, it turns into a curved surface, and the information
on the surface of each point, high or low, corresponds to the discretion of daylighting rate, so facade components should
meet its position of daylighting requirements. The facade of the processing based on this form with different opening
rate adapting the different requirements of internal functions, generating a different scene window. Facade component is
designed as a series of rotating as a logic change with the daylighting rate between geometric components, components of
both the continuous changes, and topological equivalent topology changes, for BuDengJia design fully embodies it. And it is
extremely simple geometric relationship with its properties that are a full research and a simple listing can also generate rich
geometry transform relations.
Scheme was finally limited to six different modules; six continuous variations of the module represents six different
daylighting rate to control surfaces, after the script of the calculation, different marking modules are positioned in the
construction drawings of the automatic generation.
作为整个金融区的工程管理中心,因为各房间功能不同,按采光要求高低可分为办公区、休息区、大厅、库房、电梯厅等。
通过一段脚本可以将立面的采光信息转化成为一个曲面,这个曲面上每一个点的高低对应着该点采光率的高低,因此立面构
件应满足其所在位置的采光要求。外廊的外立面处理以此为基础形成不同的开孔率,以适应内部功能的不同要求,同时还为
外廊生成了不同的景窗。立面构件被设计成一系列的以旋转为逻辑改变采光率的几何构件,构件间既有连续的拓扑等价变
化,又有连续的拓扑不等价变化,设计充分体现了即使是极为简单的几何关联关系,在对其特性进行充分研究以后,只经过
简单的罗列也可以产生丰富的几何变换关系。
立面方案最后被限制在六种不同的模块内,六种连续变化的模块代表六种不同的采光率,经过脚本对控制曲面的计算,标有
不同模块的排列位置的施工图纸自动生成。

数字造型
建筑是小三层结构,造型类似于漂浮在半空
中的一些蘑菇。而“蘑菇”的支点采用铰接
来消除节点端部的水平力。圆形断面被做成
200mm大小,所以看起来好像不用支撑柱
的建筑体漂浮在空中一样。空中鸟瞰,如链
状物随意摊开在地面上,让人过目不忘。

Namics is a company that manufactures special pastes for semiconductor boards. The company started off as a building paint manufacturer, and later developed a special
paste with conductive or insulated quality which can be applied to computer chips and boards. This paste is now in great demand, as it is used to manufacture various small
electronic devices such as mobile phones, and the company has been growing rapidly. Although the company still locates in Niigata, it has numerous overseas branches.
In the year of its 60th anniversary of its founding, this innovative company has decided to rebuild its research center. We were invited to a design competition, and we
proposed an iconic, mushroom-shaped structure which appears to float in the midair.
Namics is a vigorous company which tries to constantly re-establish its corporate image by this new project. As Namics grows rapidly into a multinational corporation, its
management seeks a building which appropriately symbolizes the company’s momentum. Another design requirement is to “open up” the building to numerous visiting
clients, and thus our interpretation of this requirement is that the building has to be as legible and recognizable as it can.
We proposed an articulated three layer structure with the first floor and second floor pulled separately. The first floor accommodates the research facilities, and in the middle of
the first and second floor is a floating garden, while the second floor has a cafeteria and a hotel service office. The research facilities on the first floor are arranged on a grid plan
as requested by the client. The ground of the second floor, exactly the roof of the first floor, is landscaped with a space for exhausted workers coming out from the research
rooms and laboratories. It’s really a relaxed area. On the top there is the second floor in mushroom structure. This building is sure to establish a new image for Namics’s.
纳美仕(1947年始建于日本新泻。原名为“北陆涂料株式会社”)是一家开发制造有传导功能的半导体的涂料公司。这种产品主要用在电脑芯片和主板上。目前市场需求很
大,能用于多种小型电子设备,如手机。公司虽然发展迅速,但总部还是设在日本新鸿。现在公司已有很多海外分支机构。
为庆祝公司成立60周年,崇尚革新的纳美仕决定重建研究中心。山本理显设计事务所受邀参加设计竞赛。中标的新研究中心方案,造型类似于漂浮在半空中的一些蘑菇。
纳美仕要求此新建筑能够重塑公司形象。公司的跨国发展,要求显示其发展动力所在。希望开放式的空间迎接众多来参观的顾客。为此,建筑就设计得远远就很容易辨认。
于是我们设计了这个小三层结构建筑。第一基层(部分在地下)有一些研究设施。中间有一个浮式花园。第二层有一个咖啡馆和一个酒店式服务型办公室。研究处按要求设计
成网格状。第二层,也就是第一层的楼顶,有一个休息的地方。这个地方是专门为研究人员设计的。屋顶的蘑菇状,将会给纳美仕一个新的形象。

The Azahar Group is a group of companies with strong links with sustainability and environmental issues. It develops services to do
with garden design (both public and private), recycling with waste-treatment plants, environmental consultancy and construction.
There are three interventions: the covered greenhouses and exterior nursery plantations; a building for services complementary to the
activities developed by the company; and the group’s corporate headquarters.

The four wings that accommodate the company’s different departments converge in a main hall which is acting
as a distributor, are a large exhibition space. The lighting of this hall is overhead, so that the special north light is
introduced inside the building through a huge skylight extending with a sequence of girders.

In April, 2010, the new data center of Rabobank Nederland, a financial service provider in Boxtel was opened. It consists of a
data center, four energy buildings and an office building. The data center is located at the edge of Boxtel, close to a rural area.
Combining Ambitions
The result of the ambitions of Rabobank and Van Aken Architecten is an extensive energy efficient data center with a
strikingly designed green natural roof that fits beautifully in the landscape. In addition it is also sustainable and energy-
efficiency. By applying several sustainable measurements, the data center is one of the “greenest” worldwide with an extreme
low PUE value of 1.26 at full load.

The sun shields are equipped on the glass walls of
the facade. By using ecological technology, it can
adjust light and comfort in the working space. The
turf on the roof continues the river bank landscape,
forming a hallmark of ecological and rising buildings.

The building should keep the connection with block G2 and isolate the noise coming from Jinqiao Road
and fully use the landscape along the band of Majiabang. Under all these conditions we design the
U-shape scheme open to the south.
建筑需要保持与G2地块良好的联系,同时处理好金桥路较大的噪音,以及全面利用好马家浜周围优美的
河岸景观。在这样的前提下,我们提出了南向开口的U形的方案。

The vegetal roof protects the roof and interior space. It is the continuation of the green space from the bank of Majiabang
River and offers a nice landscape for the adjacent office buildings. The arch-shaped and raised roof covered by massive
greensward becomes a symbolic ecologic architecture of this area.

The treatment of the facade is critical for the appearance of the building. Usage
of biotechnology promises the quality of the workspace, access of the light and
high level of comfort. The southern and northern facades are permeable glass
walls. The horizontal and vertical sunshades on the south and north facades
admit sufficient light to enter the building and provide a comfortable natural
environment through the exchange of interior and exterior sights. With the
change of the curve of the facade, the length of the outstretching board of the
vertical sunshade is gradually reduced from the north to the west and finally
vanishes in the middle part of the building where the sunlight can’t reach. The
length of the outstretching part of sunshades matches with the area and angle
required for sun-shading.
建筑立面的处理是建筑外形的关键部分,它运用生态技术确保工作空间的质
量、光线的进入及舒适的程度。建筑的南北表面是一个通透性的玻璃墙面,在

pattern of square panels.
The case of the particle has a plenty of grain shape flower shapes,
and a plenty of gear teeth shape, with a striking imagination towards
the interior of the building.
建筑是由四个像素化的正方形立面构成18.125m×18.125m×17m
的立方体。
建筑表面旨在使其产生一种不断变换的体积和质感。每个立面上是

The project “Steckelhörn 11” is located in the old
center of Hamburg, and is close to the prominent
new “Hafen City” development. It replaces a ruinous
building and fills the gap between the two historic
premises.
Steckelhörn 11办公综合体位于汉堡的老城区中心,
靠近著名新兴发展的“哈芬市”(哈芬区因免税自由
港发展,而有一系列建设计划)。此办公综合体将取
代旧址上已废弃的历史建筑,落成后位于两个历史建
筑之间。
整体来看,类似三角柱体的S11仿佛镶嵌在这座城
市的众多格子之间。虽然周围建筑林立略显拥簇,
但S11还是有一个朝着港口宽约1.3m 的横面,和一
个朝着Steckelhörn大街宽约26.4m 的主立面。从某
种意义上说,S11的独特造型也是因地制宜设计出来
的。主立面上悬挂物为立面内外平添了许多空间品
质。充满几何趣味的楼层设计,一来可以让整个大楼

组织运行更加便捷,二来让此建筑与大街的衔接更显
开放。从历史性的Speicherstad和新哈芬市的角度
来说,S11是个别具特色的地标建筑。
办公楼底层设有宽敞的休息室,以及一个大众咖啡
馆。高层则拥有宽敞、充满弹性的办公空间,人们可
以很轻松地看到格但斯克圣凯瑟琳教堂和哈芬新区的
美景。
顶层开放平台有一个观光台,可以欣赏汉堡市壮观的
全景。

整栋建筑的立面由上下不同的钢元素构
成了类似麦穗的外形,与地名相呼应成
为地标性建筑。百叶窗有序地构筑,散
发着坚毅的钢铁气息。早稻田建筑修建
后,常规建筑的公路前方,突然呈现超
现实主义景象。
The facade consists of two different elements. The upper louver made from stainless steel reminded us of a
metaphor of rice ear, since the circumference of the site was a paddy field in the past. This is why the place
was called Waseda originates. The lower is the steel panel in weatherability, the opening is hollowed like
silhouette of a mighty tree as a symbol of life. Goethe once said, “Everything is a metaphor.” The process of
these two elements is certainly a metaphor.

The front road with normal buildings will be a surrealistic scene after Waseda Building is built. In this project,
it was considered to design not with repressive and deceptive harmonization, but a figuration of solid
townscape by a surrealistic spectacle. It is the role of architecture forming the environment of the site
around the coming dozens of years.
In the novel titled IQ84 which is written by modern Japanese famous novelist Haruki Murakami, the
heroine Aomame and Tengo, gets to know that they are isolated from the reality by watching two shining
moons in the night sky. The world in 2010 is a jumble of the reality and fabrication and it is becoming
more complicated. It can be said that appearance of this building has suggested a sob-mindedness in the
confused world.
自从早稻田建筑修建后,常规建筑的公路前方,就突然有了一个超现实主义景象。该项目里,不是为了体
现设计的不压抑和迷离感,而是成为超现实主义城市景观的一道固定的风光。未来几十年,它将在环境建
筑学上扮演角色。

Light Skin
A prefabricated group system of a double precast
concrete wall is introduced to the exterior wall.
Windows are sealed, because the air is full of
particles and polluted smoke under the railway
environment. The skin has been collocating,
completely combined to the industrial trace.

铁路环境下的空气富含颗粒和污染烟雾,因
此窗户设计成密闭的。建筑外表皮经过锈化
处理,与周围的工业化痕迹完全融合。
Typically, a service building available to the public like this would be treated in a pragmatic and unremarkable way. In contrast, the Yardmasters Building confidently presents
itself as a “public” entity. Viewed in the round, it presents itself as an exquisite, mysterious box like a jewel in the city.
The project involved extensive consultation with representatives of the diverse users such as their respective union representatives, and management and associated
authorities. Namely, the building’s public interface would not be inevitably contingent upon the desire of these stakeholders of this complex; instead the planning was
contained within a simple flexible shell. Internally, the building is robust. A rational system of glazing integrated with the repeated external pattern allowed each room to have
at least one beautiful and exotic window. The cost and complexity of constructing within a railway environment is considerable. To minimize railway disruptions, architecture
was maximized through off-site prefabrication. Panel sizes were geared towards optimizing production, transport and installation, allowing costs to be carefully managed
through design. Materials were chosen for their robustness and positive environmental performance, minimizing maintenance cost. The external walls are made from a
double-skin precast concrete system requiring a combination of production processes not attempted before. On the external face, a simple pattern tiling was formed and
all was polished. As it ages, the patina of the facade will express its environment, as if it had always been there or simply emerged from the ground. Windows are sealed from
airborne particles and the fumes of the railway environment.
一般来讲,这类公众服务性设施会做得比较务实和平凡,但是建筑师却自信地把它给呈现了出来。从建筑周围来看它,它就像一个精致而又神奇的箱子,犹如城市中的一颗宝
石。
对于这个项目我们咨询了许多用户代表,比如工会代表、管理人员和相应机构人员。为此,建筑的公共入口设计都综合考虑了他们的意见,而并非几个股东的意愿而已。整体
是一个灵活简单的框架。建筑内部设计着重考虑的是耐用。合理的玻璃装配系统与外面的图案设计相结合,这样每个房间都可有一个美观和特别的窗户。建筑的成本很大,实
际的建造也会很复杂。为减少对铁路运行的干扰,建筑采用场外预制、场内快速组装的方法。预制板的齿轮方便生产、运输、组装,这样可以尽量控制成本。选用耐用、环保
的材料,以降低维护成本。外墙引入了双层预制混凝土预制组合系统,该组合系统需要一种以前从未试过的生产流程组合机制。建筑外墙铺上图案简单的瓷砖,并且全部经过
抛光处理。随着岁月的流逝,建筑物表面会生出铜绿,那时看来,铜绿似乎一直就有或者说自建筑拔地而起时就有。窗户是密闭的,可阻止空气中的颗粒和污染烟雾进入室
内。

透明表皮
立面的百叶窗是最大设计特点。八种不同的花
纹构成百叶窗单元格,通过调整方向和角度实
现室内外光热控制。在立面上创造出深色的阴
影,根据方向和角度更显示出各种不同表情。
窗上皇家蓝白色调更是赋予建筑整体以奇异的
色彩。

项目地址位于交通繁忙的主街道约50m处。
虽然在高密度的城市之中,却给我们安静的印
象。其东边正面对“城市气穴”。那里是存放
错综复杂设备的空地,非常宽敞,因此,不用

自然通风。
这栋建筑高于前方公路约6m,所以远远就可看
见它。我们通过对东部作强大冲击力设计以加

Moreover, the louvers make various expressions according to the angle and direction of the attachment. These variations
give motion to the facade and create a deep shade which gives dignity to the building. The louvers are colored in vivid royal
blue and white, and their expressions change with the positions of eyes. The facade of Akasaka Phoenix is rich in diversity and
create a new city landscape.

It’s in the shape of parabola. The skin formed by grid and diagonal epidermis (structure) takes up the
exterior facade, the reverse side and the bottom of the roof. These surfaces are the main functions of
public area in the building, introducing small hinged structures within most of the public area.

head office located in Sittard, the Netherlands, the company commissioned GROUPA to design an
eye-catching building which would enhance the company’s identity. The new building reflects their
values: renewal, transparency and approachability. The unique qualities of the new headquarter
building will have a positive influence on its context. It will not only give an inspiration for future
development of the area, but set the standard for the design of other individual buildings in its
surroundings.
GROUPA strongly believes in the inspirational power of unity among architecture, interior and
landscape. Not only for its catalytic influence on its surroundings but also improvement in internal
organizations and their working environment. The new Sabic head office possesses of all these
qualities; landscape, architecture, interior and state-of-the-art technology are all fully integrated,

The funnel shaped and low threshold entrance draws visitors into the heart of the
building, the plaza. The spatial context and functional requirements suggested an
atrium with cascading floors open to this light and central space.
A variety of functions such as reception, waiting area and coffee bar have all been
incorporated in one large desk, thereby creating a low profile, almost invisible barrier.
The haptic form of this multifunctional desk is inspired by the Arabic alphabet.
The plaza with its restaurant on the ground floor serves as a meeting place. Resulting
from the choice for flexible requirements, the whole space was individualized.
The working zones consist of both individual and open offices, meeting areas,
concentration areas and quiet spaces.

The gap between the two edifices and the sixth storey gives a strong sense of physical
separation. This lets natural light right into the interior. The spatial layout provides a
varied outlook upwards, downwards and at crossways with different heights, which
greatly contributes to workplace in comfort. Outside the exterior walks and terraces is a
variety of social relaxation spots.
Being modular in design, the building is flexible in the interior and easy to change;
internal partitions mark out the space between structural walls, while the bathrooms,
lifts, stairs and light, and patios are all concentrated in a central nucleus. The two
volumes are connected with this vertical distribution shaft, while the lower building’s
horizontal communicative ways run off the parallel from the central nucleus, the rooms
of the upper building fan off a corridor that forms an inner circle.

3D space making deep shadows on building facade, this emphasizes plasticity
of building volume. Various illuminations in the night make the building
volume stand out, showing its innovation on illumination.

The Lumenart office building is situated in Pula, Croatia. The building includes design, sales
and promotion offices of the Lumenart Company. On the base-pedestal stands the unusual,
glaringly white pavilion in a crystal form. The core is of a common brick and concrete cube
which represents just a skeleton for interior and exterior coverings treated as autonomous
elements.
Lumenart办公大楼坐落在克罗地亚普拉古城。办公楼功能包含设计办公、销售和推广。大
楼以晶体的形状构成醒目的白色馆。办公大楼的核心用普通砖、立方体混凝土作框架,表皮

The public accounting group Fiteco was willing to combine its head office and its local branch together in only one
area, and was situated in the suburb of Laval.
The French architecture office Colboc Franzen & Associés decided to go further and design a single building, so that the
construction would cost less, the environmental impact of the building would be reduced and the internal organization
would be optimized. On the first floor are all the common facilities. The local branch set down on the second floor and
the head office on the third and last floor.
Fiteco会计集团希望把总部和分部整合在一起,安置在拉瓦尔郊区。
受委托设计的法国建筑事务所CFA建议,干脆设计一个单独的建筑。这样不但可以减少建设投资,还能最大限度地减少

The heart of the building is composed of an atrium,
two cores of services (staircase, elevators, restrooms,
photocopy room…). Interior is kept in white, floors in
light grey; only the setting of the ceiling lights creates
a noticeable graphisme. The air conditioning system
is running around each floor at the ceiling along the
facade, a uniform position of the power sockets, and
the moveable dividing (non load-bearing) walls give its
versatility to the building. The core of the design is that
working environment will not be interfered when the
workers are of concentration.
大楼有一个中庭,旁边是两个服务中心(内有楼梯、 03
电梯、洗手间、复印室等)。室内为白色,地板是浅
灰色;只有天花板有明显的图案。每层都布置了空调系
统。利用统一位置的电源插座,以及可以移动的分割

建筑西北延伸,景色宜人。南面可以倒映出Keilir山峰的清
晰轮廓。衔接建筑体的裂缝处是透明的走廊,清新明亮的
青色表皮会在夜晚闪闪发光。然而,这个走廊的最主要作
用是为了给在此研究所工作的员工们提供一个小憩场所。
当人们通过走廊的时候,可以真切地感受到外面的光、景
象、天空和地平线。

A fritted glass screen envelopes the upper
floors, providing a weather shield and
supporting the building’s natural ventilation.
The glass is fritted with a pattern specially
designed for the building, a pattern derived
from the familiar formation of ice crystals, which
simultaneously diffuses the strict geometry of
windows beyond the screen and provides soft
shades because of low sun angles native to
northern latitudes.
表皮是多孔玻璃幕,既能抵御室外恶劣气候的
侵袭,又能确保室内自然通风。玻璃幕内侧布
满了为此建筑而特意设计的冰晶图案。冰晶散
布而成的几何图形既是此屏幕的一种装饰,也

Porous glass curtain is clean with special color, keeping the
natural ventilation. Glass is covered with ice pattern curtain
regularly arranged, spreading with low angle sunshine, bringing
soft shadow. Through the glass curtain wall can easily see the

基地位于广场西侧的小山坡,有水流流过,
山坡上植被葱郁茂盛。方案一开始便体现了
对基地的尊重,从自然山形走势概括出建筑
的初步形态。由山脚逐渐升起,再折回山
腰,形成一个依附于山坡的连续屋面。内部
空间的焦点则体现在大堂空间,大堂将室内
外巧妙地联系起来。西侧山坡上的绿化,从
后庭院引入,穿越大堂,借助大面积的玻璃
幕墙,延伸到主入口,一条清晰的绿化带贯
穿于整个内部空间。每条走廊都与室外连
通,保持着良好的通风。

The whole building is a free and smooth entirety with its surface
covered by glass panel and piercing aluminum panel. The glasses
make dividing line between interior and exteriors indistinct while the
piercing aluminum panel can introduce the sunshine into the interior
space effectively, forming a rich shadow effect. The scenery is the
extension of the building. The lines extended from the architecture
induce the greening into a rational logic, creating a unique landscape
effect and demonstrating the integration concept. The stream can
effectively adjust the microclimate and highlight the architectural form.
整个建筑是一个自由流畅的整体,表皮主要覆以玻璃及穿孔铝板。玻璃
模糊了室内外界限,穿孔板则有效地将阳光引入室内,形成丰富的光影

墙的立面,白天闪闪发光,晚上更是绚丽光芒。
如水晶、似钻石般璀璨的立面,由软件控制的节
能灯泡(置入设计好的镜子里)反射后形成。这
些“宝石”按序排列,链接得出的空隙空间则形
成了悬伸的花园和露台。

the most eye-catching thing is the unusual

敞,极具流线柔美。但最吸引人眼球的还是非

The Docks of Paris is a long, thin building built in concrete at the turn of the last century. It was a depot for goods brought up from the Seine by barge, goods which were
deposited, and then transferred by dray or train. The city of Paris launched a competition to create a new cultural program and building on this site. Whether or not to keep the
existing concrete structure was a choice left to the participants. Jakob+MacFarlane opted to retain the existing structure and use it to form and influence the new project.
The existing structure was built in 1907 as an industrial warehouse facility for the Port of Paris and was the first reinforced concrete building in Paris. The 3-story structure was
conceived as a series of 4 pavilions, each with one 10-metre wide bay and four 7.5-metre wide bays. On the level corresponding to the Quai Austerlitz, the 10-metre bay is
accessible from the street with the other bays roughly 1.25m higher, facilitating the storing and loading of materials for transport.

The concept of the new project is known as a “Plug-Over”. Here, the idea was to create a new external
skin that is inspired primarily by the flux of the Seine and the promenades along the sides of the
riverbanks. The skin both protects the existing structure and forms a new layer containing most of
the public circulation systems and added program, as well as creating a new top floor to the existing
building. The ‘Plug-Over’ operates not only as a way of exploiting the maximum building envelope but
enables a continuous public path to move up through the building from the lowest level alongside
the Seine to the roof deck and back down, a kind of continuous loop enabling the building to become
part of the urban condition. The new structural system supporting this skin is the result of a systematic
deformation of the existing conceptual grid of the docks building. An arborescent generating method is
used to create a new system from the existing system, that is, ‘growing’ the new building from the old as
new branches grow on a tree.
This skin is created principally from a glass exterior skin, steel structure, wood decking and grassed,
faceted roofscape. The programme is a rich mix centred on the themes of design and fashion, including
exhibition spaces, the French Fashion Institute (IFM), music producers, bookshops, cafes, and a
restaurant.
新工程的理念称之为“流通式”,因为它的灵感来自于塞纳河的船流量以及河两岸的散步长廊。设计的
目的是有一个新的外观。建筑表皮既要能保护原有的结构,又要焕然一新。它包含大部分公共交通系统
和增加的项目,同时建一个新的顶层。“流通式”建筑理念不仅仅是最大化地利用了建筑面积,同时还

循环,使该建筑融入整个城市之中。支持新建外观的结构是原码头概念式网格建筑的变体。采用树枝状
延伸法,在原有建筑上创新,也就是说,将旧建筑比作一棵树的话,新建筑就相当于是从旧树上新长出
的一根枝杈。
外观的构造主要由玻璃外墙、钢铁结构、木质甲板以及草色的小屋顶组成。该项目是富含设计和时尚元
素的综合体,内有展览空间、法国时装研究所、音乐创作、书店、咖啡厅和餐厅。

Kaikatei位于日本中部福井县福井市的中心。酒店拥有悠久的
历史。主大楼是日本的物质文化遗产,同时也是该地区重要人
物的集会场所。我们受委托来设计并建造一栋分馆和旧酒店的
其他部分,使之一起作为该酒店的非正式场所。

Our idea for this annex was to design a building that can feel approachable
from both inside and outside, as its two faces face the intersection. In order
to avoid the sight line between the people inside and on the street, we
set up a faced lattice made from fern pine (or Buddhist pine) tree, which is
often used for a Japanese chopping board because of its stable durability.
The lattice itself has a good depth, so people inside the restaurant would
feel the sunshine filtering through the branches of trees.
两面都面对十字路口,我们的理念是建造一个室内室外都具有亲和力的大
楼。为了模糊内部对外和外部对内的视线,我们用蕨类植物的松树(罗汉
松)制成网格墙。这种材料因为耐用,经常用作日本的切菜板。网格墙的
格子比较密集,餐厅内的顾客可以感受到仿佛透过树枝的阳光。
由于日本许多城市中心地区的市郊兴起连锁超市和商店,使日本许多城市 01
的中心地区都经历了低迷期,这个小镇在过去很长一段时间都处于这种
低迷期,而这个新的饭店对小镇的复苏起到了一定的作用。为了使小镇
变得活跃,找回以前的活力,酒店街道下埋了许多电缆,还修建了柏油
马路。我们可以肯定,这个新的建筑将来一定会对当地城市设计产生进
一步的影响。

The automobile museum is the first building of the Beijing International Automotive Expo which is laid out as a theme
park with brand pavilions for all major international firms operating in the automotive sector. The original plan of the
project won in a competition in 2004 has since been revised. Optimized requirements with regard to the size, route,
stage and market potential, were formulated and implemented in the design development.
在汽车行业里,北京国际汽车博览中心大胆进行尝试,推出第一个主题公园式的建筑——北京汽车博物馆,用以展示
主要的国际知名品牌汽车。建设项目原设计在 2004 年的一个比赛中曾获奖,现在的项目是经过修改完善的。规模、
路线、表演和市场潜力等要素,在设计方案的修改和实施中不断得到优化。

The ground floor is divided into two buildings
that are linked by the means of an open passage.
The southern and larger section is dominated
by a generous entrance hall that is joined to the
exhibition spaces above by the means of an
elliptical void that widens as it rises upwards. The
conference center that directly adjoins it offers
a space for about 650 participants in rooms of
various sizes. A 4-D cinema is being planned
for the northern section. The first floor is openly
accessible to houses ticketing and sales areas and
a restaurant that can be classified in two different
price categories. The museum administration with
about 120 staffs was integrated into the museum
building over two floors and has direct contact
to the exhibition spaces. The theme oriented
exhibition spaces start from the second floor and
flow into the fourth floor and then come to a
cambered and freely spanned space.

Cinema
The cinema side is a closed shell, with its skin
using a wrinkled stainless steel cover like a
curtain, and its rich reflection makes it full of
brightness.

度移民,都穿上了纱丽。FOA将百货店的表皮

电影院
电影院的一面是一个封闭的外壳,表皮使用的
是起皱的不锈钢贴面,如同剧场的幕布,同时
丰富的光线反射让其熠熠生辉。
电影院立面设计——大幕布
为了呼应商场部分的织物主题设计理念,电影
院部分的立面被设计为“幕布”。设计过程
中,选用了不透明的不锈钢雨幕。FOA对钢材
进行镜面抛光处理,而且还设计了一些特别的
褶皱。这些褶皱看起来就好像一个三角体在平
面上展开。有了几何空间的折叠,就使得电影
院的外立面在阳光下因为颜色深浅不一而更加
活泼。

这是一座内外相似的建筑,其南面的富士山拔地
而起,建筑两边朝向主干道。
这座建筑恍如高山和行云,由柔和的几何体构造

而成,既非矩形,也非圆形。通过不计其数的多
边形网格巧妙的连接,形成一个贝壳般的建筑外
壳,让雨水沿着外壳顺流而下。立方表面之下是
面积530m2的座位区、140m2的厨房、50m2的休
息室,空间私密又开放。
大厦虽没有安装空调,但在四季里,因为内部空
气流通,人们在这里用餐时能感受到如同户外的
空气,清爽自然。弯曲的丙烯酸滑动门常常在大
风和寒冷季节里关闭,而60mm 厚的氨基甲酸脂
覆盖在RC外壳上,使内外的温度保持稳定,从而
确保大厦内外环境温度适中。同时,由于RC外壳
的恒温作用,令建筑更耐用,同时降低体积变形
的几率。

For the lighting plan, we have determined such an illumination that makes people
simply feel changes of light in the evening and does not attract insects around the
lighting. When it rains, rain comes in through the near windows and doors. In the
spaces where rain does not come in, people enjoy the sound of raindrops. When it is
foggy, the fog comes into the building. When it snows, it becomes a landscape buried
in snow, and birds and animals will come to visit. In this place where both nature and
art is involved, people will enjoy their lives.
关于室内的照明系统,我们决定用能让人们感受到夜晚灯光变化的照明灯,而且这种灯光
还能避免昆虫聚集在亮光周围。下雨的时候,雨水沿着窗户和门泼进来;在雨水没有泼洒
到的地方,人们可以尽情聆听雨滴的声响。起雾的时候,雾气在大厅里弥漫;下雪的时

ATMs and teller windows are located on the first floor, along
with 3 courtyards and an open space laid out with chairs in 14
different colors. The second storey houses the lending area,
reception rooms, offices and 4 courtyards, while the third floor is
reserved for facilities for staff use, including dressing rooms and a
cafeteria. Thanks to the 7 light-filled courtyards planted with trees
and flowering plants, each of these spaces is loosely connected
to all the others. Leaves in 24 different colors of constellation
extend along the white branches of the walls and glass windows
overlapping with the natural foliage of the real trees in the
courtyards create a sensation of being in a magical forest.

室、办公室和4个庭院;而三楼被保留给员工使用,包括更衣室
和自助餐厅。这7个种了花草树木并且光线充足的庭院,让每一
个空间都宽敞地彼此连接。24种不同颜色星座的叶子沿着白墙分
开延伸,院子里、玻璃窗上重叠着真实植物的叶子,呈现出仿若
置身于魔法森林的感觉。

and security of the machine, this design takes this as its topic as well as its basis of aesthetic.

The facades of the upper floors select the out-extended piercing sun shield, which echoed
with the theme of “the nose of the pig”, and was served as the sun shield on the west.
There’s a 6m wide ramp way on the back of the building, enabling to access to each floor,
achieving the most effective operation. A dynamic horizontal belt is extended from the
radian of this ramp way.
In the interior space, the service floor is 4.2m high and all of windows can be opened,
enabling the working space to completely depend on the natural ventilation and light.
The hall owns a 6m high ceiling. The showroom as well as the reception room in the
service floor are all colored brightly and lightly, and combined with the appearance and
the lines with high flow feeling, creating the aesthetic feeling in consistent with SUBARU.
The lightings are centered on the cold lighting having a sense of cool and focused on the
stereo exhibition tower and hall at night, matched with the key lighting sun shield and
six starlight lamps on the exterior ceiling besides the exhibition tower, which served as
another unusual sign of SUBARU.

然通风及照明。大厅挑高6m,在展示间,以及维修顾客的接待室部分,都是以明亮轻快
的色调、高度流动感的线条与外观组合构成符合速霸陆汽车特性的美感。
灯光以具有酷感的冷光为主,夜间以立体展示塔、大厅为主,而搭配重点是照亮遮阳板。
在展示塔旁的室外天花上,以6盏星光状的灯具,作为速霸陆的另一个标志。

以270块金属框架组合成的立面为背景,白色为画笔
原料,设计师创造出了类似于树木图案的表皮。这种

现出此变化。这样的变化使得此建筑表皮与周围环境

Unexpectedly, a row of trees runs along the plot, which
was the inspiring source that leaded the team to design
a quiet and cheering architecture, which dialogues
with the context, softly taking place in it with its own
uniqueness.
项目考察时,设计师看到选址地的一排树木后突然有了
灵感:以树为表皮设计雏形。于是这样一个既能安静地
与环境融合对话,又独一无二的建筑诞生了。

The guidelines of the project are leaded by the search for a dialogue with the landscape, obtaining through the understated elegance of
the facade that reflects and amplifies the row. With 270 laser-cut metal frames painted white, its holes change according to dimensions
and distances. The skin of the building appears like a pixelized picture of the trees that are in front of it. This kind of metalwork allows the
facade to change its aspect according to the change of the external daylight as well as of inner light during the night. In this way the skin
becomes sort of theatrically flat that mediates the relationship between the outside and the inside.
Of course, facade for the display of the products of Devon & Devon brand and EX. T reserves a string of Windows, and makes full use of
natural light. The whole building’s exterior and interior reflect a theme: the simple elegance.

高雄星广场设计的实现,呼应了本城市发展的主题。
由横向铝片和纵向玻璃片排列成的图案,点缀在开敞、透
明的玻璃正立面上,最终组合成整体的一个大大的螺旋图
案。这个大图形打破了建筑的比例,因为从外面几乎看不

The Taï Shogun Restaurant is a Japanese restaurant
built in the city of Rennes, west of France, on the
avenue Francois Mitterrand along the river Vilaine.
大将军日本料理店坐落于法国西部雷恩市维莱讷
河密特朗大道上。
该饭店占地面积为105m 2 ,呈三角形,三层建
筑,一层地下室,外加一个阁楼。其入口设计结
合早期草图,以完善方案设计。
建筑容积由授权面积所决定。三层公共楼层都集
中在一起,一楼与百年洪水位齐平,并且一楼8m
高处根据防火规范要求建造了一开放式楼梯(供
更高公共楼层使用)。建筑结构作了优化处理,
每一层层高为2.2m,确保通畅。

Each floor corresponds to a particular
function: while a bar is on the first floor, and
sushi’s conveyors is on the second and third
floor, a teppanyaki is at attic level. A panoramic
elevator takes place on the thinner part of
the plot, it forms signs in the daytime and at
night, and is accessible from street level. This
entrance provides an access to the entire
restaurant.
每一层都符合一定的特殊功能:一楼是酒吧,
二楼和三楼提供寿司,阁楼提供铁板烧。在饭
店较窄的区域安装了一部观光电梯,无论是白
天还是晚上都能成为该饭店的标志,并且从街
上就可进入观光电梯,通过该入口也能进入饭
店的每一层。
家具场合化:接待台、一楼洗手间、铁板烧桌
子,而且在二楼和三楼提供寿司的楼层,每一
层都至少有三处可供轮椅使用者通过。
入口不受约束。在设计图不符的情况下,这是
证明建筑是否合格并且加强建筑标志性的一种
方式。这是一栋小型建筑,却欢迎所有市民的

一个顶级土地开发商,通过建筑不
断地重新定义公司和产品。

Wyne is one of Sansiri’s latest products, a 31-story high building in deep red color aiming to attract more than 400 younger
generation families who live with new attitude and passion. Wyne started up passionately by redefining its sales office. In addition
to the sample of show flats, the customers can experience a subtle kind of lifestyle visiting the sales office. It is like coming to a
living gallery in a park surrounded by urban elements.

The typical reception hall, an office and a mock up room are compressed into one chocolate bar-like box measuring 30
meters long and 10 meters wide. We would like to create a very simple yet challenging piece of architecture by lifting the
long span box up just high enough that people can reach from the space below. The supporting structure is placed in the
middle accommodating the main staircase which is the main entrance to the reception hall above. The balancing structure clad
in brown aluminum composite panel is almost like an alien spaceship just touching the earth with its ladder. It has a transparent
cylinder tube above the entrance bringing in the natural light from the sky, signifying a main access as well as visually connecting
the terrace and the gallery level.
Most of the windows are tangram-like geometries. This is to emphasize the characteristic of the main building in which the
main highlight is the sharply aged triangular “panoramic view” of a living room situated right in front of the building. Part of
this room is also built in steel structure cantilevering from the gallery to the back garden. The customer can have a glimpse
of the visual panorama with the exact type of window frames as what they are going to buy.
在销售大厅里,独特的接待厅、办公室、模型房三者被压缩在一个长30m、宽10m、形同巧克力棒的箱子。我们希望创造

样。在入口上方有一个透明的圆形管,通过它可以采集上空的自然光,同时从外表看来,它将平台和走廊连接起来。
走廊的大多数窗口是很像七巧板的几何图形。最大的亮点是位于走廊右前方的三角形“全景”起居室,极具时代气息,强
调了主建筑的独特之处。部分房间同样用钢结构修建,由走廊悬臂突出到后花园。当客户打算买什么的时候,他们可以通
过特定的窗户看到全景。

The client requested that all people who would visit this place including the inhabitants of Hyogo prefecture and at the same time
it attracted the attention for the global environmental concerns and was able to experience in various approaches as the place can
do a conducting environmental study.
We thought about creating a new environment in an architectural space that could share the point of the view of the contact
by combining nature with the architecture itself. And a circulation between them was thus operating well, which was also a
requirement for the environment providing a keyword called “the circulation” in a relation with nature.
业主希望人们(包括兵库县当地居民)参观完这个建筑后,能有更多关于生态的感触,从而更加关注全球环保;也希望在此建筑
中,能进行环境问题研究。
于是我们做设计方案的时候,致力于满足怎样让建筑与周围环境自然地融合,且让整个建筑运行顺畅,体现生态循环。

泡泡筑H选址在森林里北面一个陡峭的山坡
上。在考虑了客户的要求后,我们设计的这个
建筑最终由三个部分组成,当然有些区域因功
能和结构需要而设计。其中两个部分落于地势
较高的平坦空地,平行而立。一个球体(图文
中心)在较高的位置,另一个则好像浮在其他
两个上面。这样做的目的是有效利用不多的平
坦地势,以及最大限度保持自然的土地,减少
建筑工程对周围环境的影响。这种建筑形式是
理智的。
为了实现轻结构,日本原木柏树运用到了顶棚
结构。由于标准化、木材使用率提高,有效地
控制CO2的排放量。1.2mm厚的耐气候钢板用
于外部屋顶以及墙面。这种钢板初次氧化后将
会变得非常稳定。原材料的选择不仅不需维护 03
费用或者说低维护费用,还能确保自然景观的
质量,同周边的自然环境一起变化发展。

控制二氧化碳的总排放量,展现建筑与自然的相处之道。

(从坡地到平地)处于较低地势的那部分建筑,用16根直径为
1.5m 的柱子支撑起来。这个设计是为了减少工程施工对周边自
然环境的影响。这些柱子是钢筋混凝土结构,打桩一直深入到
地下。位于水平位置的部分,其结构则是钢骨钢筋混凝土。两
部分连在一起组成了结构梁柱。靠地下的RC梁柱,可以当作一
个防火水箱。
整个上部结构用的是日本细木柳杉,由一些单个的三维束状结
构组成。

生态表皮
建筑表皮种有富贵草和常春藤,沿着墙壁铺泻而下,生机盎然又节能
环保。
A club house is a space where people can talk, eat, change clothes, or take a bath in a tub while
enjoying the nature. The club house provides people leading a dry life in modern society with a
Utopia-like space before Industrial Revolution.
A long and narrow land was a limitation in designing this country club. If the necessary rooms are
built in a line, a long building over 100 meters which is like the Great Wall in China will cut the golf
course in half. To solve the problem, the building was built as short as possible, and cut from here and
there so that it looks as if green zones go through the building in between. The building is a straight
line from the entrance where people leave their golf bags to the lobby, locker, and finally spa room
where privacy is mostly needed. As the nature penetrates between the rooms, people continually
communicate with the nature when they move according to the moving sequence.
This club house was intended to look as if the land was interwoven like bamboo strips which can be
interwoven to make bamboo ware. The rooms were designed to look as if being inserted among the
fabric made of warp threads and fillings. The walls were covered with Pachysandra terminalis and ivy
to express the sense of vivacity. The afforested walls also become an environment-friendly factor that
raises energy efficiency of the building.
会所是一个为人们提供交流、饮食、更衣以及边沐浴边享受自然的地方。这给现代单调的生活添加一
些乌托邦式的气息。
狭长的地形在一定程度上限制了这个乡村俱乐部的设计。如果会所的房间沿地形呈直线排列,那么
这个100多米长的建筑就像是中国的万里长城。它把整个高尔夫球场一分为二。因此,设计者匠心独
运,把线性建筑设计成几个短小的小块,并且让绿化自由布置其间。会所内部,从入门处直通到尾,
依次呈现的是高尔夫球袋、休息室、储物柜以及私人浴室。各个房间都弥漫着自然的气息,生活其
间,可感受自然的亲切。
按设计,整个会所宛如由竹条编制的竹器与球场交织而成。房间像是嵌入在这张竹网中。富贵草和常
春藤沿着墙壁铺泻而下,充满勃勃生机,形成一个环保和节能的地方。 01

The Taihe Club (Beijing Taihe Julebu) is located in the north of Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal in Tongzhou district, Beijing. It is one of
the upscale private and business clubs in Beijing, served for "The Courtyard by the Bank of the Canal" which is a villa zone with 200
families. The Club includes a restaurant (boasting 10 private rooms), a red wine & cigar bar, a banquet hall, a gymnasium, a spa, a place
of entertainment, VIPs reception and other functions. Meanwhile, for business, the club is equipped with 24 sets of apartments in hotel-
style. The whole building is designed with 1 basement, and 2 layers up the ground.
The space structure of Taihe Club echoes the traditional Beijing courtyard style. But the new courtyard building is different from the
traditional courtyard architecture. The contemporary limited space required the building to develop vertically, not as old times when
courtyard can easily have horizontal extension.
泰禾俱乐部的设计以院落为空间结构,延续了北京四合院的建筑传统。但是,今天的院落建筑与传统合院建筑是不同的。当代城市的密
度不支持建筑的水平展开,今天的院落建筑必须向垂直发展。

泰禾俱乐部最终以一组 12 个相互咬合叠加的院
落建筑构成,它们再围合出一个中心大庭院。
院落建筑的叠摞进而构成了一系列不同质量的
半室外空间,也可以看作是传统廊的多种变
化。客人在泰禾俱乐部享受到的是庭院间穿梭
游走的乐趣、各种室内外活动场所的便利以及
整体环境的和谐幽静。于是我们也称此项目为
拾贰院。
12 个院落建筑分别赋予了四种外饰面:混凝土
砌块外墙、红雪松木板外墙、铝单板幕墙、明
框玻璃幕墙夹层点支玻璃幕墙。这四种外墙的
构造特点都是以编织为概念,构成近人尺度的
丰富建筑质感。
建筑结构为钢筋混凝土框架与钢框架混合,并
辅以剪力墙。外露钢柱以最纤细的姿态融入半
室外活动空间。外露的剪力墙均以清水混凝土
呈现,剪力墙的孔洞布置清晰地反映出其内受
力钢筋的构造规则。

一层平面图
百乐酒店集团在印度海得拉巴的旗舰店拥有270个客房,总面积
49 380m2。这一时尚、舒适的酒店,设计灵感来源于当地的传统手工
艺,即整体风格呼应出该地区著名的宝石、织物设计优势。
大厅可以直接通到由三个立面环绕抬升而起的中庭。这一灵活的设
计,使得这个开放的平台可以避免强风的袭击,成为内部餐厅的扩展
区:拥有单独的就餐平台、游泳池。
带孔金属屏幕、釉化玻璃组合成的立面设计,让内部空间得到充分的
隐私尊重的同时,也预留出空间的通透感。这一设计不仅隔音效果极
佳,而且漫射的自然光能洒进内部。

使建筑看起来像木制的。其尺寸和窗户布置是随机
的,这样,会让人感觉建筑整体实际上是由开放空
间、面板及其他元素组成的。

One of the biggest tasks for this project was to integrate three entirely different spaces in the program– the
big one, the small one and corridor – into one body. One of the identities is the roof not over the above two
spaces, instead it’s a part of them. Commonly, the building is not made of natural materials such as wood,
but we did.
这个项目最大的任务之一是将此项目的三种截然不同的建筑空间——大空间、小空间和链接通道整合在一
起。其中一个特征是,屋顶的空间并不是覆盖在其他两个空间上面,而是组成它们本身的一部分,完美地
结合在一起。一般的设计是建筑“制造”,即不采用自然材料,但是在这里我们采用了木材。

The auditorium has the biggest volume; the wall on both sides is
inflected at the top in order to make a roof. Under the roof are small
pillars and glass space. That means it’s not a solid body but a roof with
multi-functions.
As for the material of wood, it does not necessarily mean using lots
of wood for the exterior and interior of the large building. Trees are
naturally much smaller than buildings, so there is a huge gap of scale
between trees and this architecture, making it difficult to achieve the
idea of “made of wood”. We therefore applied wooden panels in the
gap. This worked well to make the architecture felt “made of” wood.
The sizes and the positions of the windows are at random to link the
composition of the wood panels and the windows. Thus it is possible
to feel that the whole architecture is virtually composed of three
elements – the open space, panels and other particles.
礼堂拥有很大的体积,墙两边顶部被曲折成屋顶。屋顶下被用来安置
小柱子和玻璃窗的空间,因此屋顶不是一个实体,强调的是屋顶的双
重功能。
01 至于“木制”说,它并不意味着在大厦的内外使用大量木材。树木当
然比大建筑物小很多,因此,在树与大建筑的体积之间有个很大的比
例缺口,这样,想要“木制”是很难的,所以我们创造同尺寸的木制
面板,将木制面板连接在建筑物上。这一方法很管用,使建筑感觉像
木制的。其尺寸和窗户布置是随机的,这样,会让人感觉建筑整体实
际上是由开放空间、面板和其他小物件组成的。

On the avenue de Wagram, this new hotel is located on the site of the
old Empire Theater and is characterized by the interplay of undulating
horizontal glass bands that seem to form a large interwoven glazed plait.

These undulations are bay windows that open the rooms to views of the Facade Material: glass
Arc de Triomphe, the Etoile and the Ternes.

The first two floors of the building are occupied by boutiques and also
feature a large porch that opens in a sloping garden which leads to the
Salle Wagram. In parallel with this program, Christian de Portzamparc was
also entrusted with the facade of the Salle. Previously the entrance to
the Salle Wagram was not visible from the street; access was via a small
hidden corridor along the side of the Empire Theater to the entrance hall
of the Salle. It therefore seemed obvious to offer a window towards the
street, facing the heart of the island.
拥有时尚流线、色彩的凯旋门万丽酒店位于巴黎瓦格朗大街上旧帝国剧
院右边。让行人觉得耳目一新的玻璃立面仿佛水平面上泛起的波纹。而
这些流动感极强、交相呼应的玻璃后面是一个个独立的小凸窗。设这些
窗台的妙处在于,让住宿于酒店的房客能够很轻松、自然地欣赏到巴黎
美景,如凯旋门和星型广场。
从空间布局的创意来看,前立面一二楼层预留了入口到酒店、瓦格朗通
道、停车场入口,剩余部分成为精品商业门店的展示窗。特别需要一提
的是预留的瓦格朗空间通道,斜坡小花园走廊隐蔽在建筑之间,带领行
人交换到自然空间,直达 Salle Wagram 宫殿。
