The most important thing is to have a clear career goal and work towards achieving it. In
conclusion, the placement is an important milestone for MBA students, as it marks the beginning of
their professional careers.

As someone has rightly quoted "Growth is never an event, It's process". This is the basic theme
on which the T&P Cell of Laxmi Institute of Management runs.

Laxmi Institute of Management (LIM), Sarigam is one of the premier institute of Laxmi
Vidyapeeth which offers three main specializations i.e. Finance, Marketing and Human
Resource Management during 2 years of Full Time MBA Programme.

The Institute is very keenly preparing its students for the vast field of opportunities through
meticulous study of curriculum and other value addition courses. We spare efforts to groom our

& Invited by the LIM-T & P Cell for the MBA Placement. Some of them visited LIM- Campus &
Some companies directly called LIM Students on their premises for the recruitment and selection
procedure. Average Package range offered to LIM-MBA students is 2.0 to 3.6 Lacs Per Annum.
