APPLICANT APPRAISAL

EVALUATION FORM
This type of form is often used to help rate a certain job candidate in various aspects and
categories. It will contain questions that the interviewer should read prior to conducting the
applicant’s interview and appraisal. This is done for the purpose of calibrating and setting
the specific categories that the interviewer should focus on for evaluating the job applicant.
The following form is an example of an applicant appraisal evaluation form.
