Person Specification
The successful Test Analyst must clearly demonstrate experience of the following mandatory requirements, in both the CV; and in interviews: University degree in the field of IT. 4-5 years demonstrable experience as a Test Analyst. Demonstrable knowledge and hands-on experience in a wide variety of functional and integration test efforts. In-depth demonstrable experience of producing test cases/specifications/scripts from formal project deliverables. Demonstrable experience in the identification, procurement, loading and validation of test data. Hands-on, and co-ordination experience in test execution. Demonstrable experience of defect-management. Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel.
Demonstration of one or more of the following desirable attributes, in both the CV; and in interviews will provide the candidate with a distinct advantage: Demonstrable experience using ALL aspects of HP Quality Center throughout the testing lifecycle. Experience of performance, load, stress and volume testing. Experience of security testing. Experience of usability testing.
