Introduction to the environment :
The environment is defined as everything that surrounds humans,
such as trees, mountains, roads, buildings and things, and it is a
collection of natural elements and human-made things, and we must
preserve the environment in all ways .There are many things that
cause pollution to the environment, so the environment must be
preserved. This was discussed in an introduction to the environment
and pollution.

protecting and improving the environment

The protection of the environment is of great importance because of the
danger the environment is exposed to at the present time, which has
occurred due to the various activities carried out by man over time, so we
need to reduce the human impact on the environment as possible.

And we mean protecting the environment is preserving and saving it, and
this can be done by spreading good awareness about improving the
environment, and ways that can be done to preserve everything related to
the environment must be identified, and the planting of plants and trees
must be encouraged and not allowed to get rid of forests, trees and plants

that help Get rid of carbon dioxide , And all kinds of environmental
pollutants must be avoided .

Environmental types

* Geographical environment
The geographical environment or what is termed the natural
environment consists of things that are already in nature, and it can
also be called the “physical environment” because it includes the
physical conditions of life, as this type of environment exists
independently of human existence and cannot control it.

This environment consists of the surface of the earth, natural

resources, land, water, mountains, plains, fertile lands, deserts,
oceans, storms, hurricanes, weather, climatic factors, seasons, etc.,
and also includes vital conditions for both plants and animals.

* Man-made environment
The human being formed his own environment to be able to live in the
natural environment, and this environment is divided into two types:

*External environment
It is the environment created by man through the introduction of
science and technology to try to coexist with the conditions of the
natural environment, and this environment includes homes, cities,
means of transportation and communication, and amenities such as
air-conditioning, industry systems and man-made machines
through science and technology in the physical environment.

*Internal environment
The internal environment is the society in which a person lives and that
includes all of the organizations, regulations, traditions, institutions,

5
customs and traditions created by humans. This environment is also called
social heritage, and it is one of the conditions for normal human life.

The so-called artificial environment can be understood which refers to the

modified form of the physical environment and the economic environment,
and which refers to all things created by man and which have a high
economic value that only two aspects of man-made environment can be
understood.

Conclusion on the environment

The environment is the basis of everything on Earth, so at the end
of the research on the environment, we must help preserve it and
use all possible means that reduce pollution and preserve our
beautiful environment.

One of the important aspects that have a role in eliminating

environmental pollution is the use of renewable energy, and
renewable energy uses energy sources that cannot be exhausted, for
example, instead of burning fossil fuels such as coal and oil,
renewable energy uses energy sources such as wind and other
harmful acts the environment .
