Morning Sadhana

Before starting the practice, you should tune in and chant

two mantras (each must be repeated at least three times):

Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo (Adi mantra). This mantra

allows the practitioner to connect with the inner teacher
and focus their attention on their higher self
Aad Gurey Namey
Jughad Gurey Namey
Sat Gurey Namey
Siri Guru Devey Namey (Mangala Charan mantra). This is
a protective mantra that surrounds the magnetic field with
a protective glow
1. Ek On (g) Kar Sat Naam Siri Wahe Guru (7
minutes). The mantra is sung for 2.5 breath cycles.

This mantra opens all the chakras. This mantra develops

the sensitivity of the relationship between our personal
soul and the universal soul. This mantra is called the
morning call, and it creates a sensitive interaction between
us and the universal creative energy.

2. Va Yanti Kar Yanti Jag Dut Pati Adak It Waha

Brahmadev Treisha Guru It Wahe Guru (7 minutes).

The mantra was given by Guru Gobind Singh. After

establishing oneness with the first mantra, we turn directly
to the great self and immerse ourselves in our soul, which
is beyond the gunas, beyond the whole game of
creation. This mantra sets up our luminous field.

3. Mule Mantra (7 minutes).

The sound " h "at the end of the words "Sach" is
pronounced with emphasis, but briefly – this enhances the
effect of the mantra. A slight pause is made between
"Ajuni" and "Seibhong", "ong" is pronounced as a nasal
"n".

Ek Ong Kar Sat Naam

Karta Purkh Nirbho Nirwer
Akal Murat Ajuni Sabhong, Gur Prasad
Jap
Ad Sach, Jugad Sach, He Bhi Sach
Nanak Hoshi Bhi Sach.

This is Guru Nanak's Mule Mantra. This mantra contains

all 108 elements, variations or qualities that are mixed
together to form the experience and complexity of
development in the universe. It expands our creativity and
projects our actions in accordance with our purpose.

4. Sat Siri Siri Akaal

Siri Akaal Maha Akal
Maha Akaal Sat Nam
Akaal Murat Wahe Guru-Aquarian Age Mantra (7
minutes).

This is a mantra for the Aquarian age. We now declare

that we are immortal beings. We are timeless, and all our
actions come from the space of the soul without time. As
we move through the age of Aquarius transition, we
establish ourselves firmly beyond the changing of time.

5. Rakhe Rakanhar Ap Ubarian

Gur Ki Pari Pae Kaj Sawarian
Ho Aap Dayal Manaho Na Visarian
Sadh Jana Ke Sanga Bhavajal Tarian
Sakat Nindak Dusht Khin Mae Bidarian
Tis Sahib Ki Tek Nanak Mane Mae
Jis Simrat Sukhoe Sagale Dukh Jae (7 minutes).

These are the words of Guru Arjan, which give full

protection. This is a victory song that deals with the
obstacles that prevent us from fulfilling our destiny.

6. Wahe Guru Wahe Guru Wahe Guru Wahe Gio (22

minutes).

This mantra is sung in the Virasana pose-sitting on the left

heel, right knee in front of the chest, palms folded in front
of the chest in a greeting gesture, looking at the tip of the
nose.

Within 22 minutes, we win our minds and establish

ourselves in prosperity, victory, and challenge.

7. Guru Guru Wahe Guru Guru Ram Das Guru (5

minutes).

We sing to fill ourselves with humility, to praise and

express our gratitude to Guru Ram Das and the Golden
Chain of Teachers who gave us the opportunity to do just
such sadhana.

Mantras are sung to complete the practice of Kundalini

yoga:

- Let the Sun shine on you

And Love will arrive
Pure Light will shine on you
And keep you on your Way.
May the long time sun shine upon you
All love surround you
And the pure light within you
Guide your way on.

- Sat Nam (repeated three times).

Sat means truth, reality. "Us" means identification. By

chanting this mantra, you understand your purpose. This
mantra balances the five elements (tattvas).
