THE PERSON I ADMIRE MOST

I’m a Grade-7 student. Now, I’m 12 years old. There are many kinds of
people that I have experienced in my life. Of all those people, the person I
admire most is my mother. My mother is an ordinary woman but she is an
angel and a superhero for me. In every step of mine, she supported and
encouraged me. Whether day or night, she is always there for me no
matter what the condition is.

My mother is about 39 years old. Her name is Daw Cherry San. She is
neither short nor tall. She is rather fat and has a fair complexion. She’s
prim and feminine. She is also neatly dressed. She is deeply religious. She
also does her rosary and meditates every night. Her household duties are
numerous and tiresome. She takes cares of the needs of the whole family.

As soon as she gets up, she cooks for our breakfast and lunch. I go to
school after she has prepared my tiffin boxes. Then, she washes and irons
our clothes and cleans up the mess. She usually goes to the bazaar every
evening. Her smile never fades but I’m sure she must be tired at time. I
want to give a hand to her but she always refuses my help and tell me
that my duty is to study. Moreover, she nurses me and my father when
we’re ill.

Moreover, her love is not just for the family. She treats everyone nicely
with love and kindness. She is very kind and sensible towards the
environment and animals. She always tells me to treat everyone how I
want to be treated.

My mother is the only person who can encourage me when I face

difficulties and give me warmth. However, she sometimes scolds me if I
make silly mistakes. But she always explains me the reason of scolding.
For me, my mother is a great teacher, a lovely friend and a strict parent.
She has shaped me into who I am today through her inspiration, teaching,
and guidance. Thus, my mother is the person I admire most.
