1. Review the plans they made for themselves last semester.
2. Reflect to see if their short-term and long-term goals are
based on what they value, believe in, and can do.
3. Make the necessary adjustments in these goals, making
sure they still reflect what they still value, believe in, and
can do.

A. INTRODUCTION (10 MINS)

A lot has happened since the last semester. We had new experiences, done things to grow up, and make necessary
adjustments in our lives, but it doesn’t mean that we must change what we value and believe in. There might be
changes in the things we can do which are signifiers that we can absolutely do more. So, let’s start to reflect; reflect
on our previous plans (Odyssey Plan) if it’s still the same, if we still want to pursue them, and if we are making progress
in accomplishing them.

Instructions: Based on your reflection, answer the following questions in 2-3 senctences.
1. How has your life changed since the time you made these Odyssey Plans? What new achievements did you
make? What challenges did you encounter?

Odyssey Plan was a game changer for me because it helped me vision my future plans and

I have learned that I can study better when I do it alone and I am interested more when I self

the past few months. Write or illustrate the adjustments on your previous Odyssey Plan. If you are not to make any
changes, explain why your plans have not changed in the bottom or back part of your original Odyssey Plan.
Guide Questions:
1. How does your previous plans match your current outlook in life?
2. How appealing does your plan look to you right now?
3. What are the possible issues or concerns you have with your previous plan?
4. How will your plans change 1-5 year/s from now?

If you don’t have your previous Odyssey Plan with you, you can try to recall it as best as you can or you can accomplish
a new Odyssey Plan. You’ll find the Odyssey Plan worksheets at the end of this handout, but below is an example of
how you can accomplish your own worksheets.
