NAME
REFLECTION REPORT
Based on the collection data or interview, I have learned the essential elements of
entrepreneurship and the experience entrepreneurs accumulate during their own business
operations. The both data that I have collect shown that the cash flow in a business is
important to make sure that all the business activities can be carried out smoothly and the
financial situation in a business is always stable and sufficient. The both entrepreneurs have
mentioned that cash flow management is an important part in a business because it related to
whether a business can be continued to carry out economic and trade activities.

In addition, I have experienced and learned some development during the process of
data collection, which included communication skill and how to use social media become a
useful marketing tool. These two data collections process have improved my communication
skills to higher level. This is because the entrepreneurs that be choose need to be asked if they
are willing to accept the data collection, as well as the verbal communication in the data
collection. Besides, I also have a well know about the power of social media used in a
business during the data collection. One of the entrepreneurs using Facebook, Instagram, and
WhatsApp, which is free of charge as the promotion tools to promote her products and to the
publics and interact with the customers.

Furthermore, I deeply felt that the entrepreneurial process in Malaysia after COVID-
19 pandemic is not easy during the data collection. After the continuous Malaysia action
control order, there are many people who want to start a business or are entrepreneurs have
discovered a lot of entrepreneurial ideas. For instance, entrepreneurs’ products are marketed
live on social media to carry out online entrepreneurship. But many people who want to start
a business or are already entrepreneurs themselves have limited cash flow problem. Although
the Malaysia government has given subsidies to start-up and enterprises, they are not able to
return in a flexible cash flow. In short, it is not easy to return back like before the COVID-19
pandemic that everyone has enough capital to develop a good business even though the
entrepreneurial proves in Malaysia gradually recovering after COVID-19 pandemic.

In conclusion, I am very grateful to the entrepreneurs who have given much respond
during data collection. Thru the process of interview, I have learned a lot of knowledge about
entrepreneurship, develop personal communication skills and enlighten me in the process of
entrepreneurship.
