Greetings from the United Architects of the Philippines Student Auxiliary - Area D District 3!

The United Architects of the Philippines Student Auxiliary (UAPSA) is the duly recognized student
organization of the United Architects of the Philippines (UAP). The organization brings together all
affiliated architecture schools in the country with the aim of promoting camaraderie, selfless service,
professionalism, and global competence among its members. UAPSA has been fostering aspiring
architects for 30 years through its remarkable events and programs.

This September 16 - 17, 2023, we will be having Seminar and Team Building entitled
“Pagpangandam” at Varsha Beach Resort, Magsaysay, Misamis Oriental. The event will consist of a
series of activities like Giya: Seminar and Workshop, Paglingaw: Sport Fest, and Panagsuod:
Fellowship Night that will connect and acquaint the 4 chapters of UAPSA District 3 closer as one area.
Each activity is intentionally designed to promote fellowship, free exchange of ideas, critical thinking,
mutual help, and a sense of community among every UAPSA chapter. This event will also serve as an
opportunity for UAPSA members and officers to represent their school, participate and compete in
competitions, and attend seminars and workshops.

Prior to the UAPSA Area D District 3 Seminar and Team Building, we humbly request your permission
to excuse the UAPSA-Chapter Members from their respective classes to attend this event. Their active
participation in the said event would greatly help each member’s practical, emotional, and social
skills. Attached with this letter are the event programs, the names, year level, and student numbers of
the UAPSA Area D Chapter Members who are interested in attending the event. Thank you and we
