He will get double to 700 good deeds.

I have sincere intention to Allah by volunteering within the Fazaa Program, so I accept to help others in the
organization, and contribute to spreading the culture of preserving public utilities. I do not care about the praise
of the people.
I sincerely intend to Allah to be loyal to my country, so I sincerely love it, preserve its security and contribute to its
progress, and I do not care about the praise or thanks of others.

I sincerely intend to Allah in dealing with people, treat them well, be polite in talking to them, and rush to help
them without waiting for thanks from them or praise from people.
He will not get good deeds as he prays only

 This action includes a sincere intention so he deserves Allah's reward and satisfaction.

This action proves that he doesn't have a good intention and he is not loyal to his work.
Both indicate that you can achieve the rewards of actions by strong faith and sincere intention
