I believe that I am proficient in my communication skills. While I am confident

in how I articulate myself, and believe I can explain my ideas wells; I am not
proactive in starting conversations all the time. I often wait for someone else
and then add to the conversation.

2. How can you improve your communication skills?

In my interview I was able to give detailed answers and have a positive, and
enthusiastic attitude. I believe that my eye contact can be improved as I tend to
look away.

3. Do you feel confident to market yourself in an Interview?

I am confident I can market myself in an interview. Throughout my job search, I got

interviews with both Good Taco and Triple O's. After my interview at Good Taco, I
was told that if I had more job experience I would be more likely to get the job. Triple
O's a job offer on the spot after the interview.

While these experiences have bolstered my ability to market myself, I acknowledge

that my limited job experience and the absence of certain certifications have posed
challenges in securing employment opportunities.
