The official of FPSC alongwith AAG in

attendance contends that process has been completed
and result of successful candidates has already been
conveyed to the Secretary, M/o Federal Education and
Professional Training, Islamabad vide letter dated
26.9.2023 and now Ministry shall notify the result and
transmit the same to each candidate for information.
2. Copy of the result has also been produced
before the Court whereby it has been pointed out that all
the Petitioners have qualified the test and further process
will be concluded by the relevant Ministry.
3. When confronted the representative of the
FPSC contends that result couldl be notified/published by
the Ministry, therefore, the Secretary, Ministry of Federal
Education & Professional Training, Islamabad is directed
to publish the results on the official website for public
convenience and may also dispatch the same to each
candidate through registered post.
