Depression: The right support

Depression is a hard situation to get out of if you don’t have the proper support.

Sometimes hard times can lead a person to fall completely apart. Depression can change,

abandon, don’t get enough attention or even going through a hard time in life as they get a huge

move or a change in life go through depression. person's life and give an eye opening to the

world and view the world differently. Researchers who study depression say that it’s possible to

get out of it if you have the right support, communication and therapy. The main sources of

depression is caused by abondamment and overthinking thoughts and people's actions.

Depression can affect anyone in their life such as family, friends and even pets. Trying to

find the proper help without asking or needing to call someone can make a person feel lost.

Study shows that when someone with depression can spend most of their time sleeping, lack of

food and even having the proper hygiene. Dealing with this illness can make anyone suffer as

they can’t get the right support nor attention they might need. Talking to someone can help out a

person as they can get things out of their chest. Depression can affect a person life as it’s hard to

open up to the right person.

Firstly , depression can be caused by a person overthinking. Research say that at the age

of eleven through twenty tend to overthink a lot. Putting the pressure of what they want to be

when they get older or what their plans are can cause someone to feel overwhelmed. Parents or

even teachers put to much pressure towards children as “they are the future” which leads their
life on their had can make a child have too much pressure as they may think what they are doing

or want to be may not be good enough for the person they look up to. Overthinking makes a huge

impact on a person as it stay in their head and think about the comment through their day. This

cause depression as they feel like their are noy good enough for their parents or for their future

selves. Depression get in someone head and affect the way they are as a person.

For instance, when someone goes through depression, they don't want to go out, eat, or

get out of bed. Depression is a challenging stage to get out of when you have no one to help

support you in any way as possible. Levkoich and Labels explain that depression affects not only

themselves but also the people who support them. The authors explain that living with at least

two people who have depression in the same household is at risk of increasing distress and there

mental illness. This can affect their social life or even their ability to be comfortable in their own

household. In the article, the authors explain that depression is hard to get out of, and having the

right people get depression is not easy. This helps my research by understanding depression is a

challenging stage to get out of, especially when someone in the same household who has

depression can lack the support as they might not get the proper treatment. This information can

help my research by discussing that anyone can have depression due to lack of attention.

Furthermore, having depression can be a difficult time to go through as well; knowing

that people can get hurt on the way may be easier if you have the people you care most about to

be there for you. People may push you away, but if they really care, they wouldn't leave. Sheng

made a good point that focusing on oneself and having the support you need, even if it's from

your parents, can make a significant impact on a person's life. Depression can help you see who

it actually is for you, and it can be a life lesson to someone as it can indicate what you have lost

and help you build a bond with the people who stick by your side. Young adults, college
students, can be in their most stressful age period as some have to do adulthood themselves or

feel overwhelmed trying to do things themselves. This research can help by having the people

you really care about can help you through the most challenging times and can make a massive

impact on the way depression can make a person feel or feel more relaxed.Depresion can help a

person feel less of themselves but having the right support can help out.

Moreover, elders suffer the most; they don't really have anyone to be beside them. Having

to take all their medication and the side effects cause depression, and not having people to look

out for them helps them go into more depression. They are not having the care and entertainment

that a person could get when they're with their loved ones. Depression can be a complicated

situation to get out of; just having the support and care you need can really help out. As

Ümmühan explains more in their research, she explains that doing activities and finding a hobby

help a person a lot by reducing stress. Talking with someone or writing down what you're feeling

is one of the best ways to reduce stress and anxiety. Research shows that having a support

animal can help a person reduce their stress and anxiety levels. Research shows that having a

support animal can help a person reduce their stress and anxiety levels.Sometimes having

someone to snuggle with or just having the thought that something is next to you can make a

person feel safe. Having to release stress and anxiety can help out a person by not feeling

overwhelmed.

All in all, depression can cause so much pain to themselves or others. Many people leave

the person alone in their lowest moments, which can increase anxiety and pain in their

depression. While the person who seek for help wouldn't eat or take a shower. Depression can be

a serious illness as anyone can go through it anytime. Their many exercises, programs, and even
ways to get through depression can help a person so they won’t feel like they're alone in any

way.
