The Bishop asks we keep in mind prayers for Vocations during this time.

Please sign the lists for watching. There are half hour slots. Saturday: 9.30am 5.30pm, then 7pm 9pm. Sunday: 10.30am until Benediction at 4pm. Deacon Michael Harrison from St. Peters will preach during Benediction. There are prayer cards for everyone to mark this special time of prayer. Please take them to our housebound parishioners. NEXT SUNDAY is World Mission Sunday. This years theme is: Share your faith give life! The Collection is for MISSIO. HOSPICE 200 CLUB; The yearly 12.00 subscription is now due. Collections will be taken at all Masses this weekend, and next weekend. New members are very welcome. There are 2 draws a year and 2 Donations sent to the Hospice each year. Last year St. Josephs donated 1700. Many thanks. SOCIAL GROUP Lytham Amateur Operatic Society Songs from the Shows, Sat 12th November. Tickets available from weekend 29/30 October. 6 incl. pie & peas supper. Christmas Parish Concert on December 3rd at 7.30pm in the Hall. Details to follow. Children's Christmas Party on the afternoon of Sunday 11th December. Details to follow. HARVEST FAST DAY: Any remaining envelopes and Live Simply pledges can be put on the collection plate. Blank copies of the pledge card are still on the parish web site. YOUTH CLUB: A group of enthusiastic parishioners from St Josephs and St. Peters have come together to run a joint youth club. The Club will be based in our Hall and will be on Thursday nights from 7pm 8.30pm every two weeks. Its open to young people from Yr 6 upwards. The starting date is Thursday 17th November,7pm 8.30pm. Further information to follow. The Team hope to take part in the Parish Show Case 19/20 November. HALF TERM PARISH WALK: Wednesday 26 October. Meet 9.45am at the Parish Hall.
