Description
The securities of Valor Resources Limited (‘VAL’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of VAL, pending it
releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the
earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 5 July 2023 or when the announcement is
released to the market.

TRADING HALT REQUEST

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Valor Resources Limited (ASX: VAL) requests the granting of
a trading halt in VAL’s ordinary securities listed on the ASX pending the release of an announcement
regarding a material transaction in relation to the sale of the Peruvian copper assets .

It is requested that the trading halt apply immediately until the earlier of VAL making the
announcement or the opening of trading on Wednesday, 5 July 2023.

VAL confirms that it is not aware of any reason why a trading halt should not be granted or any other
information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
