RECIPE

Procedures:
1.) Begin by slicing the chicken breast into thin strips. Season the chicken strips with salt, pepper
powder, chili powder, and garlic powder.
2.) Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the seasoned chicken strips
and cook until they are browned and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set
it aside.
3.) In the same skillet, add a little more oil if necessary, then add the sliced onions and peppers.
Sauté until they are slightly softened.
4.) Season the sautéed vegetables with salt, pepper powder, and cumin according to your taste.
5.) Pour in the milk and let it come to a gentle simmer. Allow it to cook for a few minutes until it
thickens slightly.
6.) Cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions until it's al dente. Drain the pasta
and set it aside.
7.) Add the cooked chicken and cooked pasta to the skillet with the peppers and onions. Toss
everything together until well combined.
8.) Sprinkle the Eden Cheese over the pasta and chicken mixture. Allow the cheese to melt and
blend into the pasta.
9.) Once the cheese has melted, remove the skillet from the heat.
10.)Serve the Chicken Pajita Pasta hot, and if desired, garnish it with some freshly parsley.

On a bright morning of October 19, 2023, our group members Kim Alcantara, Yrvine Paz and
Aldrin Matubang, swiftly gathering the freshest ingredients for the Chicken Pajita Pasta.
As the evening descended, the group gathered at Luisse Andrei Lumen House, eager to
embark on our culinary adventure of preparing the much-anticipated Chicken Pajita Pasta.
With laughter filling the air, we diced the vibrant peppers, seasoned the succulent chicken.
Then after that we carefully put the Penne Pasta
Then Vuala! After a harmonious cooking session filled with laughter and collaboration, our group
proudly presented their culinary masterpiece: a steaming platter of Chicken Pajita Pasta
