1. Take at least one picture of a food label from your area. It can be in your home, market,
vending machine, etc. Attach the picture here:

2. What is the serving size? How many servings are in the package? The serving size is 1
cup while the serving package is 6 per container.

3. Ingredients: What two ingredients are the most predominant in this product?
Cholesterol and Fat.

4. Micronutrients: Which micronutrients are listed on your label? Iron, sodium, vitamin C,
and vitamin A

5. Review 2 other food labels. List the foods you reviewed below.

c. Compare and contrast 3 items on the two food labels. Nutritionally, what is the
same and what is different between these foods? The Trans. fat is 0mg on both
labels, Snacks often contain more calories than beverages, snacks and beverages
can contribute to your overall nutrient intake, but their nutritional profiles differ
significantly. Snacks offer a wider range of nutrients and may provide a greater
sense of fullness due to their solid nature. Beverages, on the other hand, are
primarily liquid and may vary widely in terms of nutrient content, with some being
high in calories and sugar.
