Based on the milk food label, label no.1 shows the serving size. All the numbers are
based on one serving size. The size of the serving will affect the quantity of the rest of the
nutrients. For example, the serving size for this milk is 1 serving (250ml) but if a person took 2
serving than the person needs to double the nutrition information based on the food label. Label
no.2 shows how many servings are there in the pack. This pack has 4 servings. Label no.3 shows
the nutrients that contain in a serving (250ml). It illustrates the average composition for energy,
