Introduction

Strategic Human Resources management is part of the new rising trends in companies. The
strategic goals and objectives, together with the strategic management of Human Resources,
serve to improve the productivity of the company and promote innovation, flexibility and
competitive advantage.

Strategic management, as mentioned in previous events, is an excellent tool for solving a large
number of problems, both internal and external. Leadership within a company is of fundamental
importance since it largely determines its correct direction. Since the barcode captain is the most
important part of the team, technological tools are important for a supermarket, and the director
is the most important part of the entire orchestra, a leadership role within the company is crucial.

In this work, different questions will be answered as indicated by the guide to be developed in
phase 4. These questions are based on the bibliographic reference that is also generated by the
guide and for this we will meet virtually all the members of the group and Answers will be given
to the aforementioned questions.

Conclusions

Karen Dayana Martin

By analyzing the organizational structure and the administration of the supermarket el diamante
we have been able to establish and describe different factors that have significantly affected the
development of the store, among them we find that the work group is not delegated to develop
some fundamental tasks which generates nonconformity, employee turnover and disorder in the
store, excessive salaries are found generating nonconformity by employees as well as not having
any employment benefits, This allows us to generate an alert in which the supermarket was
already in bankruptcy not only for its poor management but also if lack of innovation to be a
store that creates different products does not have highly competitive prices and activities that
allow you to generate attract the attention of customers is why different strategies that will allow
you to develop and take solutions which will avoid the bankruptcy of the store generating a
structure that offers profits and highly competitive employees are raised.

Kevin Geovanny Torres Herrera

The strategy for the supermarket is important The technological update of the point of sale is
another key factor to increase the sales of a supermarket. Supermarkets must be equipped with
modern systems that minimize human error in simple and repetitive processes such as cash
handling, logistics, and storage. Human talent and employee training is important since
employees have to manage technology, the innovative part of the supermarket, we must also
focus on the organization that allows us to avoid errors. Like all supermarkets, it is common for
essential products to be as far away as possible from the entrance, so buyers have to go through
the entire store and it is possible that they buy something additional on their way.

Wendy Anaya Sanchez

For any company to have good business performance, it must be based on the correct use of
strategic human resources methods to increase the company's performance. These methods must

be evaluated and put into practice by the diamond supermarket. The human talent area must
implement an employee development program to generate innovation in that area and thus be
able to become competitive in the market and in turn overcome the economic crisis it is going
through. In short, through this work I learned the importance of keeping the human development
area in mind when creating a company, since this is where personnel with specific skills for each
position are chosen.

Luz yadira Gomez

Through the previous phases we have been dealing with a problem that is about the diamond
supermarket. In this phase we read methods and strategies through some proposed readings
which deal with different methods, but my attention was especially drawn to implementing the
technology for the customers who prefer this supermarket but are far from their location,
bringing them promotions and even the market at their doorstep.
