Pickup by five 21 Seater Non-AC Van Coach (from Station to Cottage)

 08.30am: Check-in Cottages/Breakfast

 10.15am: IV - Radio Astronomy Center
 01.00pm: Lunch at cottage
 02.30pm: Karnataka Garden
 04.30pm: Botanical Garden/Ooty Boat House/Local Shopping
 06.30pm: Return to Cottage
 08.00pm - 09.00pm: Campfire.
 09.00pm: Dinner

Day 3 :

Includes :

1. Pick up and drop from Mettupalayam Railway Station along with

transport arrangements for local sight seeing
2. Train Tickets from (MAS to MTP and RETURN) - in case of
concession ticket prices will be lesser, otherwise we have pay the full
amount (Rs. 700)
3. Rooms with 4 occupancy in a Room (15 rooms for boys, 11 rooms for
girls, 3 rooms for faculty )
4. 7 servings Food (3 Breakfast + 2 Lunch + 2 Dinner)
5. 1 hour camp fire with speakers

Excludes:

1. Black Thunder with Lunch - Rs. 850/- per head

2. Camp fire extra time @₹2000 per hour - to be split with all
3. Driver/Caretaker Tips
4. All entry tickets ( Boating, Gardens, Etc.,)
5. Faculties’ package cost will be split with all students.
6. Any other items/ miscellaneous not listed here.

NOTE:

IF BLACK THUNDER IS TO BE REMOVED FROM THE

PLAN THE OTHER ALTERNATIVE IS TO CONTINUE
SIGHTSEEING AT PLACES IN AND AROUND OOTY ONLY.

IN THAT CASE THE CHARGES WILL BE AN EXTRA RS.

300/- (LUNCH FOR DAY 3 AND TRANSPORT FACILITIES) AND
NOT RS. 850/-
