All the numbers inside principal square roots in the clock are all perfect squares
which are equivalent to numbers in a normal clock. Square root of 1,4,9,16… are
rational numbers because they are all perfect square.

Irrational numbers are real numbers that cannot be expressed as quotient of two integers
such as Pi, Euler number, Goden ratio and non-perfect principal roots
All principal roots that cannot be expressed into quotient of two integers are all irrational
numbers. We can approximate the value of non-perfect principal root by determining between two
integers.
