    Greetings!

    I would like to humbly request your good office for a CLEARANCE from property accountabilities in
    relation to my 9-day PERSONAL TRAVEL to Thailand on March 31 to April 8, 2023 at my own
    expense. I am requesting this clearance to support the necessary requirements of all government
    employees traveling abroad.

    However, all accountabilities are still under my name and not necessarily to be transferred to other
    personnel considering that my trip is just a short period of time.
