Installation Steps for Windows and Mac

For Google Crome and Internet Explorer

Step 1: Open Chalkpad and go to the SSL certificate Tab

Step 2: Download the certificate files (cert_Chitkara HP) and install

Step 3: Double click on the cert_Chitkara HP

Step 4: Click Open

Step 5: Click on Install Certificate

Step 6: Click on Next

Step 7: Select Place all certificates in the following store and click on
Browse
Step 8: Select Trusted Root Certification Authorities

Step 9: Click on Next

Step 10: Click on Finish

For Safari

Step 1: Open Chalkpad and go to the SSL certificate Tab

Step 2: Download the certificate files (cert_Chitkara HP)

Step 3: Once downloaded, open with Keychain

Step 4: Double-click on the Certificate.

Step 5: Click Always Trust to import the certificate into Login Keychain.
Manually Installation Steps for IE and Chrome

Install Certificate in Trusted Certification List of your Browser

Internet Explorer

Step 1: In the Menu Bar, click Tools > Internet Options to display the
Internet Options window.

Step 2: Switch to the Content tab and, under the Certificates section, click
Certificates to display the Certificates Window.
Step 3: Switch to the Trusted Root Certification Authorities tab and click
the Import button to start Certificate Import Wizard.

Step 4: Import the Certificate downloaded file cert_Chitkara HP.

Firefox

Step 1: In the Menu Bar, click Tools > Options to display the Options
window.

Step 2: Switch to the Privacy & Security and then select the View
Certificates.
Step 3: Switch to the Authorities tab and click Import.

Step 4: Select the Certificate downloaded file cert_Chitkara HP

Step 5: In the Downloading Certificate window, select all check boxes and
click OK.

Step 6: Click OK
