    Brief Facts: An ECIR No. 3/2022 was filed on the basis of FIR No. 85/2022
    dated 22.06.2020 registered against one Mr. Pankaj Mishra under Sections
    147/149/341/342/323/379/120B/504/506 of IPC, 1860 for threatening
    complainant Shambhu Nandan Kumar to not to participate in tender for
    Barharwa Toll.

     Page 68- Specific Criminal Antecedents of Rajesh Yadav@ Dahu Yadav-
     Gist of Allegations against Dahu Yadav- Page 102- Main Allegation is that I
    am involved in transportation of stone laden trucks illegally through inland
    vessels. One such vehicle MV infralink III was intercepted as it was working
    without challan.
     Page 110- Reply given by the Appellant Dahu Yadav to notice under Section
    8(1) PMLA- Wherein he stated that out of 10 seized vehicles on search
    conducted on 08.07.2022, only one vehicle belongs to him.
     Page 111- Response filed BY ED- alleging that the properties seized are the
    proceeds of crime.
