SALTED EGG
Salted egg is a general for egg bassed dishes
that are preserved by salt.Most of eggs that are
salted are duck eggs,althought it does not rule
out other eggs. @reallygreatsite

STEPS
1. Lean the raw duck eggs ,To make it easier to get rid of dirt
on eggshell,you can use the toothbrush
2. After the eggs are clean, wiped and dry the eggs
3. Rub the egg with sandpaper to open the pores in eggshells
4. Make a mixture for salting eggs by mixing red rub ash
5. Mix the water to make a paste
6. Cover the duck eggs with the dough approximately 1-2 mm thick
7. Store eggs in container for 15-20 days long
8. After sufficient time has been stored clean the eggs and then cook
by steaming or boiling
9. salted eggs is ready to be served
