    LETTER OF OFFER

    Dear Ms.Shweta,

    This has reference to your application and subsequent personal discussions you had with us. We are
    pleased to make an offer of appointment to you as under:

    1. You will be designated as Officer in Quality Control department and based at Baddi.
    2. Your emoluments will be as per the mutually agreed terms and conditions.
    3. This offer is subject to you being medically fit.
    4. This offer is issued to you on the understanding that you have furnished all the required
    relevant information and all the information furnished by you is correct and complete.
    5. The regular letter of appointment, incorporating the detailed terms and conditions will be
    issued to you consequent upon resuming duties. In the meanwhile, you are requested to submit
    us a copy of your resignation letter and acceptance letter from your previous employer latest
    within 7 days of the offer letter date. Failing which this offer will stand withdrawn, without any
    further reference to you.
    6. This offer of employment is valid until March 09, 2023 for joining, failing which the offer will
    automatically stand withdrawn.
