PROVISIONAL OFFER OF EMPLOYMENT
We are pleased to offer you employment as an Auto-Technician in our company effective Monday, 6th of
November, 2023, subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. The first 6 months of your employment will be probationary. During this period, your appointment
may be terminated by either party giving a one-month notice.

2. If on completion of the provisional probationary period, your work and conduct are satisfactory,
your appointment would be confirmed. If however your work and conduct have not been found
satisfactory, the management reserves the right to extend or terminate your appointment with due
notice as stated above.

3. It is however a condition of this appointment that you shall be willing to work in any of our
workshops in any part of Nigeria and in any capacity the company may decide within her
Operations with the necessary training and logistics provided to enhance your work.

4. Your Initial annual basic salary would be as stated below. Any alterations to this will be dependent
on your ability to carry out your duties to the satisfaction of your employer and the general
performance of the company. Such alterations would be communicated to you in writing.

5. You would be expected to obey all company rules and regulations as contained in the operational
handbook on terms and conditions of service. A copy would be issued to you in due course.

6. You are expected to resume work daily by 8 am and close by 5 pm on weekdays with a 1hr lunch
break and 9 am to 4 pm on Saturdays based on work demands. Other non-workdays would be based
on schedule and work exigencies followed with due notice. Statutory holidays are observed
accordingly with adequate work provisions.

7. The business will provide you with a one-off accommodation fee within her policy limits to settle
down outside Lagos and Shagamu where it is considered necessary

8. If the above conditions are acceptable, please accept by signing an acknowledgement copy and
return the same to the head of operations/human resource manager at your unit.
