Bank statement reflecting salary + Previous employment proof in written.
However, there has been no confirmation on your experience proof.

As per discussion with yourself at 03:41 PM IST on 24th July 2020 – following points were discussed

1. You expressed interest to consider your- self under tenured in salary range of 17000/- per month
2. Its observed that you lack the required set of experience and hence basis 3 incidents discussed causing loss
to company – company won’t consider you for Senior/Tenured role.
3. You expressed your intention to leave the organization.
4. Due to above reason we are unable to consider your employment under tenured/senior category, your
contract is being terminated with our company effective ‘24th Of July 2020’.
5. It is the company policy to keep performance checks on the employees. If the company decides the work
requirements are not being met, they have the power to terminate the employees’ contract.

We are hereby assuring you to pay the outstanding amount as follows

: There are Sunday/Weekend working payment to be paid amount – , this will be paid to you via NEFT with
immediate effect and transaction detail shared to you via email/whats-app
: There is Payment for the month of July 2020 to be paid amount - , this will be paid to you on 5th August 2020 as
per Payment cycle.

We would also request your acknowledge the above that hereafter there is no claim/payment/transaction
outstanding.
You are also liable to not work with partner organization for period of 2 years or establish direct/indirect contact
with any employee/customer related to business.
