Dear Chandra Shekhar Malhari,

We would like to thank you for your contribution during the previous performance years. As you are aware, the business scenario
has continued to be extremely competitive and challenging, but inspite of the current situation we would like to reward you for
your performance and contributions.

Your FCTC has been revised from Rs.4,95,000/- to Rs.5,29,644/-. Please note, the total increase in FCTC is apportioned to a new
salary component named Supplementary Allowance, and will be paid w.e.f. 1st July, 2022.

We would like to inform that the New Wage Code is expected to be implemented by the Government in the near future.
Considering the same we have increased the Basic Component so that the impact during wage code revision is minimal and the
supplementary allowance has now been utilised for this purpose. This process has been done to ensure that the impact of a lower
take home salary is minimised when the new wage code is implemented.

You are requested to give your consent of acceptance of the changes to the Remuneration Revision letter in the ESS portal post you
downloading your letter from our HRMS – Adrenalin, for the changes to be effected in your salary.

We are sure that you will strive towards superior performance in the coming performance years and will endeavour to help the
organisation reach its goals.
