Note:-
* Performance Linked Variable Pay (PLVP) will be paid to eligible employees as per Company Policy applicable for the financial year.

1. Special Allowance will not be in nature of Basic Wages and hence will not rank for retirals like Gratuity, PF etc.
2. Reimbursement of all above expenses shall be made as per Company rules.
3. In case where the services rendered by you in any financial year are less than twelve months, the reimbursement of all allowances will be
made on pro-rata basis.
4. Gratuity will be applicable as per the Payment of Gratuity Act'
5. Above Emolument Structure is solely at the discretion of the management which can be changed any time.
6. You will be covered under various insurance policies taken by the company for its employees.
7. Company will reimburse you notice period, on providing authentic proof of full & final settlement of your previous employer, incase agreed
upon
8. Taxability of the above package will be as per applicable tax laws, which will be borne by the employee
9. However, in case you resign from employment with the Company before the completion of 1 (one) year from your joining date, you hereby
agree that you shall be liable to repay to the Company any Notice Pay reimbursement and/or Relocation Expenses paid by the Company at the
time of your joining. Further, you hereby consent to the company recovering or settling off the amount of Notice Pay and/or Relocation
Expenses recoverable by it from any amount payable to you.

10. Sales Incentive will be paid as per Provis Sales Incentive Plan of the financial year.
11. Statuatory bonus will be paid as per Payment of Bonus act
12. Travel Allowances will be paid as per agreedTravel Rules of the company
